Absolutely ridiculous. They're EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and pretty rude. The lady isn't kind or friendly at all, just straight to business. Great tailor overall. They stayed open for me a few minutes extra when I was running late just so I can pick up my suit which I needed for my meeting which they altered for me. I went in not really know what needed to be altered and she ended up recommending to me everything which made the suit look much better than it did before. It used to look all baggy but now it fits well! Pricing for it seemed a bit high but there were multiple alterations that were made to the suit. The alterations were done with high quality as well so makes sense as to why it's a bit pricey. Paying for the quality and service which is understandable! Would recommend again unless you can find a place with great service and lower prices as well. Haven't gotten the chance to try other tailors yet here in Texas so my comparison is to that of tailors in California. read more

On three separate occasions I have taken very simple sewing projects to this shop and all three times he tells me he can't do what I'm asking for (adding elastic to a waist, letting out sleeves, etc. So I end up taking them home and doing it myself. The whole purpose of taking it to a tailor is to save time I don't have to work on sewing projects. He seems to be VERY picky and not at all willing to take on simple sewing projects. Let's get this party started... at a Tailor! These gals are as good as they come. I've had them do everything from small alterations, to very large size changes. The biggest headache I've brought their way was a North Face-like jacket in very much the wrong size for me. A Men's XL, and I'm a Women's Medium. This jacket meant alot to me (long story, but has to do with the awesome people I work with), so I took it to Lee's. I tried it on, and she pinned me on up. A week later, I had a jacket that fit me perfect, that had commercial/professional grade seams and alterations. Let me tell you, my husband and I inspected this puppy to high heaven. Every single seam looks perfect, and not only did she taper the jacket to give me a more feminine fit, but she also moved removed/moved/reattached the velcro and wrist detail. If you can't tell, I was and still am super impressed. Now, if anything in my wardrobe has a problem, I take it to Lee's. I'm probably there at least bi-weekly letting them spruce something else up for me. And now they also do embroidery. Yet another thing I'll be utilizing. Love love love Lee's Tailor. Dropped off my husband's military uniform pants for alterations. They said the would be done in one day. Picked them up, tried them on, all seemed good until I was getting ready for the event. They didn't put a belt loop back on. When I called they acknowledged they didn't and were "looking for it." They did find it and sew it back on but of course it was AFTER he wore them to an event. Will never go back and would advise anyone with uniforms not to. read more

This place is a disgrace for business!! Places like this should not be allowed to be part of our community. I took a dress to be altered, from the way Lee was holding the dress I realized he did not understand what I wanted done. He immediately quoted me $70!! When I asked to explain to me what he was going to do he said "I don't understand" but yet he was quick to give me a quote....I questioned the above mentioned and he just placed my dress on the counter and walked away. Lee was rude and unprofessional! I saw the reviews prior to going to this establishment but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, now I believe every single reviews is absolutely accurate. read more

I was really excited to get my wedding dress altered here because of the great reviews. I took my dress in today, and he couldn't get a few of the buttons done (which the store attendant had done when I was there a few weeks ago to pick it up) I have not gained weight since then. He proceeded to laugh at me, laugh at the buttons not getting done up, and tell me I should return my (non-returnable) wedding dress because I was too fat for it. I was shocked that he didn't offer any kind of help or solution. He just kept laughing and saying "it too small for you". I left in tears. Will not be returning here, sadly, because from what I hear he does great work. The way he treats people is not up to par. read more

I recently bought a dress for special occasion that required careful stitching and handiwork. I used a tailor shop thats located in fancy shopping center; figured they should be good. What a mistake... After waiting for almost two weeks, I found that the dress that I brought wasnt finished. They also did a terrible job...the seam line was not straight and color didnt match. I didnt want to leave it for another 10 days even though they offered to fix it. I also needed this dress this weekend, not next week! Thanks to my friends recommendation, I went to LEES TAILOR in Keller. I was not exactally in good mood...I explained to her what happened, what needs to be done, and when is needed by (2 days). She just said okay, no problem... so I left the place with some nervousness. The result: The thread was perfectly matching and all stitching looked original to the dress. It had to be difficult to take it apart only to be put back together exactly. Great job! Furthermore, the price was much less than the original tailor, about $20 less. I was so happy that I had to tip her...she refused but I insist that she deserved more. Youll not be disappointed with service, price and quality. read more

Best tailor I have had ever. Does very good work. Works very fast. Have taken many expensive dresses over for various alterations and the work has been done at a fair price always. Some of my alterations were difficult - these were never a problem for him. Have used Lee's for over a year now and the work has always been great. read more

Awesome customer service! I was in a bind and needed a quick alteration done to a dress in less than 48 hours. I came in right before close expecting to have to leave my dress overnight but they were able to fix my dress at a VERY reasonable price RIGHT THERE! Do not go here. They will not give you a quote on the phone or in person when you bring your items in and will claim it depends on how much time it will take. I had a dress altered by just an inch in the waist to loosen it up and my bill was $65. read more
