When I picked them up, the original work was unacceptable. The sizing had been changed when they installed the new zipper. Bringing this to their attention, they agreed to try and give inches back. Upon pickup of the attempted fix, however, the metal buckle and buttons had been altered to the point where they no longer close, and the zipper work left the garment completely unwearable. When I brought this to the owner's (Giovanni Perez) attention with photographic evidence requesting a resolution, I was told they "did nothing wrong" and refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund. Buyer beware: if your clothes are damaged in their care, they will not stand behind their work or make it right. Photos attached. You can see how they put the button and clasp on top of one another so neither is functional, and how they moved the hook twice (once during the original tailoring, which they deny in spite of the evidence on the garment, and again when attempting a repair that also crushed the metal of the clasp).

The owner did not contact me for SEVEN months after several attempts by both me and my husband to contact the owner and promises that he would call me. They claimed "the dress' washing instructions must have been labeled incorrectly" and took no responsibility whatsoever for the damage. I took three of my hand embroidered dresses here to be dry cleaned. I specified all dresses must be…read morehand washed and that they were externally delicate. All three were returned to me and shrunk by 3-4 inches. All of my dresses were in excellent condition and hardly worn. Upon contacting management I was told that they did not shrink them, although I provided a brand new dress with tags to them to show them in comparison. They also told me they talked to the person who washed them and that they wash thousands of garments a day. How do you know exactly who washed my garments when you wash thousands a day? All three dresses are valued at over $500 all together at retail. I was offered $100 in compensation and they refused to refund my $40 dry cleaning fee. This happened 4 months ago and management has been ignoring my calls and texts regarding the matter. They also refused to send the garments off to get tested to see if they were shrunk by chemicals, temperature etc. This is all in direct violation of the fair claims guide for consumer textile products. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the manager raised his voice at my multiple times and insinuated I was lying on multiple occasions. I will be filing a report with the BBB as this is extremely illegal and poor business practices. Run away from this place, terrible business practice, shady ownership and unprofessional management.
