The entire appointment was exactly 59 minutes. Not only that, when it came time to pay what should have been about $60, I was told it was all covered by the warranty on my Cooper Tires. They knew they would do it for free and still treated me just as good as a paying customer. In this day and age, that's something really worth noting. As a result, I will be using them regularly from now on. Their prices are reasonable, the work good and the staff is very good. This is the type of place I'd send my mother to for her car service. They've always been fair and honest. Once or twice there were additional things I needed (like brakes ) and they were factually needed! The mechanics showed me why they were making a recommendation. Up to me whether I follow it or not. Thank you!!! Service has always been done very quickly and at a fair price. They are communicative. I've never felt pressured to buy or do anything. My car has always been ready when they tell me it will be. They've even offer a veterans discount.

My mom brought her car in because of an engine issue. After running a diagnostic, they told her the…read morerepair would cost $1,150. She approved the work because she was led to believe it would fix the problem. They later called to say her car was ready for pickup, so naturally she assumed the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, as soon as she started driving the car, the exact same problem was still happening. When she called the shop, she was then told that the vehicle actually needed further inspection and another engine diagnostic. This was never communicated to her before she picked up the car or paid for the repair. After bringing the car back, they eventually told her they couldn't fix the issue after all. They refunded only $800 of the $1,150, admitting that the previous repair wasn't necessary, but refused to refund the remaining $300 because they had cleaned the oil lines and switched her vehicle to synthetic oil. Her car had always used conventional oil, and she never requested or approved that change. To make matters worse, Melissa was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. The lack of communication, unnecessary work, and refusal to issue a full refund for repairs that did not solve the problem made this an extremely frustrating experience. I expected better customer service for my mom. Instead, she spent hundreds of dollars, was treated poorly, and left with the same problem she brought the car in for. I would not recommend this shop

So, I checked out online, if they even carried my tires and they had them! So, I called and the sales person checked to make sure if he had them in stock and they had 6, so yeesss! Then I asked him, what are the chances the tires could be put on today, and he responded, come on over!!! That was great! Out we headed and when I arrived, I was waited on immediately and I was in and out of there in about 30 mins!!! The staff were friendly and helpful and very polite. I know that I probably caught them on a "not so busy time", but either way, I was pleased. While we waited in the garage, they have seating with a tv to watch and a little kids table with coloring books and crayons, which was great for me, since I had a couple of kids with me. Overall, very happy and the price for the tires were waaaay below anyone around. So, if you're in the area or need some work done, check out Walmart Auto Care Center.

The monitor said, "when you see your name removed, your car will be ready." Imagine my surprise when I looked out after 1 hour 15 minutes and saw my car in the lot. I went up to the desk and said, I'm ready to check out, may I have my keys? The guy said, I'm sorry, but we were unable to rotate your tires due to a gash in the tire. You can buy a new one and we can do an alignment. No one ever came to the waiting area to tell me, so I was sitting there for unnecessary time. He showed me a photo of "the tire"....and it wasn't even MY CAR. I stopped at the car dealer on the way home - they checked the car and there was no damage to the tire. Talk about piss poor customer service. I will never EVER go back. ETA: And not only that...they tried calling my home number! I was RIGHT THERE, NOT MORE THAN 10' AWAY.

However, I don't keep up much with businesses in Bath (my bad), so didn't know Cahill's had been sold back in April. The reason I stopped in was for someone to check the pressure in my tires, as my low tire pressure light came on when I left my home that morning. This is a fairly new car with 23K miles on it that I had bought in September. All four tires were brand new. Anyway, when I walked in I saw this dark haired woman sitting at the counter in the waiting room. I asked where Marty was and she said we are the new owners. So, I asked if someone could check the tire pressure on my tires (a three minute task) and she said the service people were all busy and she could make me an appt, for Thursday. I said that wasn't really acceptable, as air was leaking. I left and on the way to my car I saw two service people standing by the stacks of tires outside just shooting the breeze. Busy, my foot. If that had been the old crew, they would have been right on it, even Marty had done that in the past. So, I went to Bert's (yes, I still call it that) and the kid came out, checked all my tires and the back passenger one was done 6 pounds. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Cahill's.

Certainly the most efficient tire repair operation I've seen in the US. You pull up in front, they jack up the car, remove the wheel, find the problem, fix it, and then put the tire back on. Bang, bang, bang. No pretense, no wasted effort. If you've got a flat near Bath, don't waste your time going anywhere else.
