The entire appointment was exactly 59 minutes. Not only that, when it came time to pay what should have been about $60, I was told it was all covered by the warranty on my Cooper Tires. They knew they would do it for free and still treated me just as good as a paying customer. In this day and age, that's something really worth noting. As a result, I will be using them regularly from now on. Their prices are reasonable, the work good and the staff is very good. This is the type of place I'd send my mother to for her car service. They've always been fair and honest. Once or twice there were additional things I needed (like brakes ) and they were factually needed! The mechanics showed me why they were making a recommendation. Up to me whether I follow it or not. Thank you!!! Service has always been done very quickly and at a fair price. They are communicative. I've never felt pressured to buy or do anything. So, I checked out online, if they even carried my tires and they had them! So, I called and the sales person checked to make sure if he had them in stock and they had 6, so yeesss! Then I asked him, what are the chances the tires could be put on today, and he responded, come on over!!! That was great! Out we headed and when I arrived, I was waited on immediately and I was in and out of there in about 30 mins!!! The staff were friendly and helpful and very polite. I know that I probably caught them on a "not so busy time", but either way, I was pleased. While we waited in the garage, they have seating with a tv to watch and a little kids table with coloring books and crayons, which was great for me, since I had a couple of kids with me. Wayne Gagne and his team will treat you right. The last several years, I've been driving a newer car and had been going back to the dealership. I'm a Ford guy and love Ford products, but I hate the dealership service experience. Now that I'm over 100K and off my extended warranty, I'm back at Lee's and am reminded of the difference yet again between Lee's and probably most of the other repair shops out there. I'm sure that there are a few other places around that still do things the old-fashioned way (as in honest and dependable). I'm not planning to see them out because for me, Lee's (at Cook's Corner) is where I plan to stay for my auto repair needs.
