When he dropped it off, he was given a pink pickup slip that clearly stated to pick it up after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. I planned my entire day around that pickup time. Before heading over, I checked Google, which showed they closed at 6:00 p.m., so I thought everything was fine. Thankfully, I decided to call just to confirm. That's when I was told they actually closed at 4:00 p.m. I explained that my pickup slip specifically said after 4:00 p.m., and the response was that the jacket had already been finished around 2:45 p.m. Because of the conflicting information, I had to cut my family time short and rush across town to make it before they closed. Had I not called, I would have made an unnecessary trip based on the instructions they provided. Communication is one of the most important parts of running a business, especially when customers are traveling long distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me with little confidence, and I'll be taking my military alterations elsewhere in the future
