The availability was great next day opening. When the guy came out he acted as if he didn't want to be there, I had made them aware before hand that I had no idea where my septic was, so he had a probe and scored a few spots and that was it. He pretty much gave up. It seemed to me he really didn't care. He told me to hire a plumber with a camera on the end of the snake to get a visual of where it was. Then he said his truck would be too heavy to park on my grass. Maybe so but I ex parked his 52 ft semi there every day for years.. I was just not impressed with his lazy attitude. I don't recommend.

It was more like you need us we don't need you, and they were expensive. I was very discouraged, I closed my eyes, I asked the universe, God, please help me here. Then I called the last company on my list, ACE-Septic out of Hernando City. It was 7:30 at night by this time, on a Friday night, I expected to get an answer machine, Instead I got a very nice young man on the other end of the phone, he identified himself as Dave the owner. I told him about my situation, and he was friendly, and helpful, he showed concern for my problem, he gave me a fair price, 200.00 to 1000.00 below other companies I had called, and here is the Kicker, Dave said don't you worry Ma'am, Ill come out as many times as is needed to pump your septic for FREE while were waiting for the, soil inspections, utility inspections, and permits ! And you know what, he kept his word. He sent a very nice young man named Parker out to my home who pumped my septic 4 times for FREE ! That would have cost and extra 1000.00 with any of the other 9 companies ! All appointments were made through the office with a lovely lady named Sharon, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful ! Installation day came, Dave and a very nice young man named Pierce came and did the job. Everything went perfect, passed inspection with flying colors, and I'm a very happy camper ! So, bottom line, don't waste your time and MONEY with anyone else !These guys are the BEST, I promise you'll have a great experience like I did and save money too ! They confirm the upcoming appointment and alert you when the technician is actually on the road en route to your home. They photograph everything before and after, even the inside of the ductwork going up to the roof and the inside of the dryer. The technician went up on the roof to make sure the flap baffle is properly sealed and working correctly and cleaned. Extremely careful and respectful about the interior and exterior of the house while he is working. I've done this work myself in other houses we've owned and I can say it's a great value for the money! And trustworthy: after the initial service they performed, we scheduled for the following year, which was the service he did today.
