never never never use this company, they destroyed my lawn broke my sprinkler pipes and told me tough luck you get to fix it. their representative was rude and arrogant and just downright unlikable we will never never never use this pos company!!! I did call their supervisor and he was apologetic to what happened, they could not do anything to help, since it was paid for by a potential buyer of our home. They were prompt to answer the phone and schedule our septic to be pumped the next day. However, their technician punctured our irrigation lines and turned off the water to the house and left a gaping hole and a broken pipe. We called and asked if they were going to send a plumber to fix it and the response was that a plumber would come a day later. They expected us to go without water for 24 hours. Unbelievable and would never recommend this company to anyone. Not sure why they would have a technician who doesn't understand how to repair a pipe. We had to repair the pipe ourselves and fill the hole back in that they dug in the yard. read more

Outstanding service. They responded same day, found my tank in our 1936 home which was covered by our brick and sand patio. They opened the tank and pumped and cleaned the tank. I really thought working with this company would be a good experience based on my conversation with the woman who answered the phone. I'm in the process of purchasing a home and hired Leesburg Septic to inspect the system. I was given a list of items that would be tested/checked during the inspection. Guy showed up and was gone in 25 minutes!!! This cost me $300! Both my grown son and the homeowner were shocked at the short amount of time spent inspecting the septic system and the cost. The home inspection also cost $300 but the inspection took almost three hours and was very detailed. Guess you don't always get what you pay for. read more

After investing they are saying rain can affect the drain fills due to all the rain water. Since it has rained for two weeks this man never said a word about how 2 weeks of rain has affected the drain fill. Someone please tell me why this was not mentioned while the prospective buys was here. Come on. DO NOT USE THEM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE... They pumped out my septic tank twice in 6 months. Second time I asked if it could be the drain field, rep said yes and quoted me 3500 for a new system. I asked it it could be cleaned out they said it was impossible that I needed a new drain field. Called another service they came out the same day. Went straight for the drain field line. The tech said the drain field needs to be cleaned out. I told him another company said that could not be done and he said they do that all the time. With in 24 hours my drain field was cleaned out,tank pumped, riser installed and small repair to drain field line completed for less then half of what Leesburg septic wanted for something that didn't need to be done. read more
