The caulk began to mold shortly after,and separating from the walls. 4 weeks ago the shower door that was improperly placed and installed backwards fell and shattered on me and my child. I reached out to Empire and have gotten nothing but horrible customer service and disrespect. They sent someone out to look over the situation and took pics. I had not heard anything for two weeks, so I reached out and spoke with Megan who was rude and stated that they would replace the shower and that I need to give them time. I explained to her that I would like a refund due to their negligence, I no longer trusted them to do anymore work in my home. She was very rude. A week past I heard nothing again, so I began to reach out for two weeks again nothing. Here we are a month later and after being lied to every day that the owner Melissa would contact me. This morning, she calls me very aggressively, rude, and very poor customer service telling me GET TO THE POINT and that she didn't have time for me hanging up in my face. I could not get a word in.I am now without a refund or shower repair. Would not recommend they are HORRIBLE! Follow up! This scam of a company offered to redo the shower system and I finally agreed in order to be done with this situation. Well...three months after the agreement, I have been ignored and nothing scheduled. Until last week, receiving an email from the BBB with a response from empire stating that they are done with the situation( and that the issue was resolved when no one has responded to me since December)?! No one has contacted me, and I have not been in contact with this company personally outside of emailing their attorney agreeing to have them correct their faulty work back in December( with no response).This owner also lied in her response to BBB stating that I was disrespectful, again not true. She is the one that ignored me for 4 weeks, ignoring my calls, knowing the severity of the situation, disrespecting me ultimately hanging up in my face, to finally making false statements about me (which is slander). At this point Its time obtain an attorney and also let social media do what it does. There is no way that I will not advocate for myself and allow a disrespectful scam of a business (The owner) lie on me and rob me of 11,000$ with no consequence. Be careful who you do business with. The owner of this company is racist, disrespectful, and money hungry, that hired an unlicensed worker to destroy my shower system.This could have all been so simply resolved but I do not accept disrespect and discrimination especially when I paid for a service.

I had a toilet that was not running properly. I did everything I could think of to fix the problem and was unable to. I was directed to Jon who deals with plumbing. I.e. in the 25 years of owning my homes, I've never had to deal with a plumber. They poly jacked it and couldn't quite get it right but it was at least level. That settled in a few months, they came back and did it again and it settled again so I just ignored it. 5 years later our basement flooded so we decided to try level headed mudjackers. Sam is a true professional and I'm really upset we didn't use them the first time! The poly jacking actually caused the patio to seize up and sam couldn't get them to raise. Instead of just leave it he can out, jackhammered 20' of concrete and repoured new slabs and holy crap does it look great. He did this for a VERY reasonable amount more than the original amount and put a ton more work into it to make it right. I couldn't be happier and so glad I found these guys!! Not many contractors care like Sam did, couldn't recommend these guys enough!
