It was totally obvious as soon as I started to rearrange the pillows on the bed I noticed all the dog hair all over and I had to rewash my sheets. They did bring sheets to us later, but still that's not what I wanted to do as soon as I already paid a $30 fee to get us in one hour earlier, which I've never really heard of and if you rent Airbnb from him, mom and Pop, then I don't think that they would've done that either. It's all about money to corporation so if you want to not experience a personal stay, do not stay with Meredith lodging

This was detrimental to our trip given we have many young children under 4 on the trip so a huge benefit was having quick, and immediate access to and from the beach during our stay. They dug their heels in and said no refund or discount would be provided and we could "just drive down the road and find public parking on 4th of July weekend to go to a beach." They are not the ones strapping multiple kids into car seats I guess. And finally for the cherry on top - there are reviews on the property from earlier in the year that mention the stairs under repair and limited beach access. This was well prior to our booking date. They falsely advertise a property, collect your money, refuse refund or discount and tell you to eat it! Classic bait and switch tactics and if you're not careful - you'll be next!!!

(Last time we stayed in the "Seacliff Loft"). We really enjoyed being able to relax while listening to the calm sound of the ocean at night. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen that allowed us to prepare and store our meals as needed. The property is well maintained with very comfortable, modern and clean condos. The reservation and check-in/check-out process with Keystone was simple and easy. We are already looking forward to our next trip along the beautiful Oregon coast and definitely plan on staying at The Village condos again as we make our way down the coastline!

I also asked for clarification on their stated "policy" regarding consumables, but no meaningful explanation or documentation was provided. What was most disappointing was not the missing items, but the tone and lack of customer-focused service. In the hospitality industry, professionalism and responsiveness matter. Unfortunately, that was lacking here. While the unit itself was good, we would not choose to book through this management company again.

Yet, 3 months after tenants moved out (April 2021), she refuses to refund the mere $1300 damage deposit which barely puts a dent in the costs to repair. She never performed a Move Out Checklist, so we sent documentation and photos. She still refuses to surrender the damage deposit and gives out orders, telling us we need to go after the tenants, as if she has no responsibility as the property manager. She would perform occasional drivebys, however, NEVER enforced the tenants picking up dog feces which were left on the side of the house, often dozens upon dozens of piles, on a public street at Taft Beach. It was horrific and humiliating to discover our property was so shamefully exploited and unkept, affecting neighbors and passersby. Do your due diligence before hiring RE100 Lincoln City. Do a background check on Felecia McDougal (aka Felecia O' Daniels). You will be glad you did.

The location is near perfect (between Lincoln City and Newport) and has a beautiful beach. The house is about $275 a day to stay and it is totally worth every penny. The owners have excellent tastes and they have anticipated everything that you may need to make your stay just like home. We have a family of 4 and we find this home just the right size. We have 2 daughters 5 & 11 and they sleep together so they are able to share the 2nd room. From the Viking oven to the 4 star bed linens this place is heaven I cannot say enough amazing adjectives to describe this beauty "Isabella". The only negative is the property management. Unfortunately you have to go through a company or more accurately a person whom in my opinion does not represent the warmth and beauty of " Isabella" please don't let that stop you or turn you away from staying here, it is merely a detail that is easily forgotten once you walk through the door. You can also only access 4 closets out of the entire home (5 bedrooms). The rest are locked for the owners... PROPERTY MANAGER; has false advertised the property. The listing states game room and garage. There is no game room and the garage is locked. We also had check-in issues with the manager. Our invoice was also incorrectly stated. When questioned we were thrown to the side. When trying to cancel due to COVID we were told no with no explanation. With all these issues I have spent over 10 hours to reconcile with the booking company and the property manager but I have received no more than I am sorry. Bella Beach should be ashamed of their standards to let a listing be false advertised and to list a home at such bad condition, with no remorse to the renter.

One of the chipboard doors we could not open at all. Would we stay here again, I don't know. It was easy to check in, easy to communicate with when you had questions.
