I spoke with Jake, who was friendly and helpful, so I ignored the bad rating on Yelp and came to buy my film. The vibe in the store was much colder than the one I got over the phone. I walked in and was barely acknowledged by the associates talking at the counter after a minute. When I went to make my purchase, I asked why some film was out on the counters and why others were in the fridge. My normal film store only carries their film in the fridge, so I was just curious, but the woman with short green hair behind the counter seemed annoyed by the small talk. Anywho, I'm giving 1 star because they had what I needed and 1 star for Jake's friendly attitude over the phone, but I wouldn't return.

They have a glass partition, and she wears a mask, which makes it difficult to hear her. She started by asking what I wanted, but I think she misheard me. I said "scans and development," but she repeated back the wrong order. I misheard her because of the glass and mask. I said yes to whatever she said, but when she repeated the order again and I was ready to pay, I noticed that they had only charged me for development . I repeated what my order was, and she raised her voice and said, "You said you only wanted development now you're changing it." Why does it matter? Don't you want more money?
