They have a glass partition, and she wears a mask, which makes it difficult to hear her. She started by asking what I wanted, but I think she misheard me. I said "scans and development," but she repeated back the wrong order. I misheard her because of the glass and mask. I said yes to whatever she said, but when she repeated the order again and I was ready to pay, I noticed that they had only charged me for development . I repeated what my order was, and she raised her voice and said, "You said you only wanted development now you're changing it." Why does it matter? Don't you want more money?
