The guys at Renewing Stucco fixed all the ceilings, Sheetrock, baseboard damage throughout the house and even touched up a few other bits and pieces around the house. Their repairs are seamless and you now cannot tell where the damage was. They were professional, staggeringly fast, and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. I had imagined that the repairs would take a couple of weeks, but they were done in 5 days!!!! I would highly recommended them for any repair projects you have in mind.

Work was guaranteed to be done in 7 days per the contract. First red flag was on the first day of work and in hindsight they should have been fired then and there. Veronica and Martin were supposed to meet us at 8 AM to begin work and they didn't arrive until after 2 PM. They didn't show up for 2 days after and when they did decide to show up they would work for a few hours and leave. It was excuse after excuse as to why they weren't working. Long story short, work took 2 full weeks to complete after essentially threatening to fire them. The work done is terrible and already starting to crack where repairs were supposed to have been made. They managed to rip off paint on walls that were supposed to have been covered during work and also mud was left all over our walls for us to clean up ourselves. Fixtures were not taken down and were mudded around sloppily. All of our lights are covered in paint and mud, again for us to clean up ourselves. If you want to be ripped off for sub par work at best, these are your guys. Otherwise, steer clear of Franco Drywall.

People need to be aware of the deception. No signature BUT the "Miguel" you claim was not a part. ---- First, my home furniture and my family heirlooms were stolen. I was told they would be placed in an on-site POD on property. They were not, instead they were placed in a non-climate controlled storage, WITHOUT my permission. Just found all the paperwork.....Wow. Not that I'm shocked, it was given to me by the guy that worked there. He was fired for all of this.
