This transaction is not happening in Long Island!! Vito's bakery is a true Italian bakery, the smells alone are intoxicating. Fresh breads, Italian cookies, ready made cakes in the ice box. The rugelachs tasted a bit old the each time I had it. I thought it was a bad batch but it seems to be that way every time I get them. The last time I got them they were hard and difficult to bite into and tasted stale. They were pretty expensive too. For $14.75 per pound, no cookies should be old.

When I arrived at this shop with my granddaughter and the person behind the counter was chilling in a chair engaging with her phone and didn't ask if she could help us or anything.
