Summit Cleaners ruined both and destroyed the lining of both jackets. When we met and called the store, we talked with manager Dawn Bearden. Dawn was extremely defensive, mean, and unhelpful. She would not refund the cleaning cost, and would not replace or pay to have the suits repaired. We asked several times for the name of the owner of the business and she refused to provide and slammed down the phone each time. We were told that the owner would contact us, but no one ever called to resolve the issue. You get much better service at Park Place Cleaners on the corner of 150 and Shades Crest Parkway, and I encourage everyone who reads this review to take their dry cleaning to Park Place.

I was never given a timeframe for completion, and after nearly a month of getting the runaround, I FINALLY received a text message on May 18th saying my items were ready for pickup. During that month-long process, I made at least four different phone calls asking for updates. Every time, I was told they would call me back or that the items would be ready soon, but no one ever followed up or gave me a straight answer. To make matters worse, the hours posted on the door showed they opened at 6:45 AM, but I stopped by several times on my way to work and the store was closed with no answer at the business phone number. One time, someone answered from what sounded like a personal cell phone off-site and still couldn't provide any useful information about my order. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete disorganization made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend doing business here.

They are typically busy but I've never had to wait for a machine. Some machines use coins while others (that I use) allow for a credit card swipe. They have detergent, softener sheets, etc for sale as well as a couple of drink & snack food vending machines. The bathrooms are always clean. Both the employees and the customers have always been friendly. With the storefront being on a plaza corner there's always plenty of parking.
