They are typically busy but I've never had to wait for a machine. Some machines use coins while others (that I use) allow for a credit card swipe. They have detergent, softener sheets, etc for sale as well as a couple of drink & snack food vending machines. The bathrooms are always clean. Same thing happened to me as the others. Says closes at 11pm and I rolled in at 8:15pm and was told they were closed. Save your time and aggravation and go to Wash & Go Coin Laundry. There's a Walmart right next door you can get cheap detergent and all the machines are great. Download the Laundry Boss app before you go and you'll be set. Forget the Laundry Room. So, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this place was terrible . The customer service that is, we were watched like a hawk, never greeted and overlooked by the night attending staff. We arrived around 8pm. The staff had began prepping to close ( keep in mind they close at 11 PM). There were a slew of out of order signs on the larger washes, these machines are always working and available in the mornings. I believe they were placed there to rush us (customers) out or make us leave. the experience was terrible, there were also other customers complaining of the same issues. The worst customer service ever. I've been here several times and the ladies in the morning are always super chipper and helpful but tonight at 3/29/2019 8:30pm the man and the lady on night shift was just horrible. The entire time I felt like I really wasn't welcomed there. The first 8 machines had out of order signs on them but I guess after the last washes they removed the signs. They literally had the machines and the trash cans out of use. At this time the laundry mat was still surprisingly packed and to only be limited to half the machines and only one trash can sucks. I will never visit this place again and I don't recommend anybody to visit here at night because you will feel rushed and like your not a valued customer. read more

My husband went to this location to wash our sons baseball uniforms. He arrived before 9pm. The store closes at 11. The worker blocked the door saying it was too late to do wash but if he paid her $20 she would let him in. He paid her $20 cash so he could come in. He did his wash and was finished by 10:50. He was extorted by this facility. read more

If I could give this business ZERO STARS I would. The attendants are rude. I walked in with my service dog which is a 12 pound Shih Tzu. He's attached to my hip by leash. I'm putting my clothes in minding my business..The attendant walks beside me and says absolutely nothing. Start my wash, then proceed to purchase some fabric sheets. The attendant then proceeds to tell me that my dog has a stay in one area. I leave to sit in my car while my clothes wash. When finished I go in to put clothes in dryer with my service animal and I'm told my dog can't be in the building at all.. she proceeds to tell me to get out of the laundry mat.. I will never ever come back here.. your services suck and I hope your business goes down hill for treating people like shit! read more

I travel through Hoover often and frequently stop here. Always clean and bright inside. It's on the corner so it gets plenty of light and attention (safe). Attendants are on duty for wash-dry-fold / cleaners service, or general questions about machines. Washing machines are in the middle, while dryers line the back walls. They have carts and folding tables available to move you laundry around and fold when you're done. All of the machines take quarters. They have three quarter machines (bill changers) and an ATM in case you forgot cash and/or need quarters for the machines. A table and plenty of chairs offer places to sit/work while laundry is going. They sell soap, bleach, softener, and dryer sheets from a vending machine, or several larger versions for sale behind the counter. There are snack and drink vending machines, as well as a table and chairs to sit. There are also several restaurants in the shopping center so you can go eat if you want more than a vending machine snack. read more

My most favorite place to go! It's about a 20-25 min drive for me but it's worth every penny. Whenever I'd come and had a issue, they would fix it and be very nice about it. I use to go to this one downtime by UAB, overpriced, clothes weren't getting fully clean or dry, would spend close to $30... now I'm saving money big time. read more

This is the best laundry room that I have used. I have traveled the country and have visited many. The place was so clean and they had huge washer and dryers and they were all in working condition. This facility also had a wonderful area to sit and watch TV with vending machines! The staff was so kind and professional! I would highly recommend this safe and clean laundry room to anyone. read more
