This place has AMAZING views! We went for a wine tasting event and had a great time! You buy tickets ahead of time and all the wines and charcuterie were included. They had nice live music. It's a great location to grab a drink and enjoy the gorgeous Vegas skyline. They do many events like derby day, Mother's Day. I will definitely check it out next time. Service was great.

Wow! I'm so glad we went! A lady at the pool at another hotel told us about the gorgeous strip view from the top 60th floor. It is FREE to go up, but if you want to sit down, there is a 2 drink, $50 minimum per person and it will cost you $100 for two people and there is also a two hour time limit. Well at least that's what the host told us. We walked around and took some cool pics. My daughter was celebrating Mother's Day with me! It was such a special place to go and relax. We arrived at 10 p.m. There were a few places left to sit, but none on the outdoor patio. So we ordered two cocktails and enjoyed the view from a table that was also a view through two glass panels, because it is situated in front of the outdoor patio. Still, it was nice. Our waitress Yaneli was really great! She recommended the The Legacy Club and The Showgirl cocktails. (The drink menu was so fancy, I couldn't figure out what I might like.) The Showgirl cocktail was made with Lychee and the Legacy Club Cocktail had prickly pear juice in it. We tried both, then we ordered The Legacy Club Cocktail again. Tip: The 20% tip IS INCLUDED in the bill! Check your itemized receipt. Mine was under the credit card slip, and I almost left a 40% tip! When I have a girls night out again, this is the place I will go!

I've been going here years ago, and never left a review! ( hence old photos of me lol)Legacy is gorgeous. I enjoy coming here when it's sunset time, so beautiful and great time for photos! They also host great events, there's times where they'll have nights they have a dj and have fire works as well. It's classy ambiance. The last time I was here was last year and they had a great fire show event, it was full crowd but not too packed! Would recommend it here for the views. Parking wise, park in the circa garage or do valet. It's not free parking even if you're a local

I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the bar. I had read other yelp reviews about the seating situation. For example, had we chosen a table it would have been $25/person for a table and slower service. But if you sit at the bar, you can choose your drinks and talk to the friendly bar staff. While my girlfriends and I were there, we ordered our drinks and relaxed as we watched the sun set. Make sure to wear something cute and head out to the patio area to look upon Las Vegas~

Cocktail lounge located on the 60th floor of the Circa Casino. Just the views alone are worth it to come up here. You can see views from inside or outside. If you would like a nice table, I recommend making a reservation. However, they do allow people to walk in if they have the room. We were able to get a seat right at the bar at about 8 PM on a Saturday night. The servers were very friendly. They do make some great mocktails as well. The drinks are on the pricier side since it is Vegas, but it is definitely worth at least one round.

Went there for the Kentucky derby event. It was so nice. Really great views. Can't wait to go back to see the views at night. Love the bar area really spacious and the gold bar display is a nice touch

Located on the rooftop or Circa, this bar/lounge definitely stands out from the rest. Here you'll find some of the most beautiful views of the city which is amazing to see both in the daytime and night. The vibe gives upscale and classy, the decor is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space to enjoy both inside and outside. The space outside can be enjoyed year around as there were fire features to keep you warm in the winter months, but in the summer I'd recommend coming at night since there is no shade. These cocktails are on the pricier side which was to be expected, but very tasty and well balanced. The food options didn't appeal to us so I'd say to eat prior to coming, but Legacy makes for a great night cap. We did not make reservations prior to coming, and were able to walk in with no issues. The space was not busy, but I can imagine it does get more packed as the night goes on. There was plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of other guests. Legacy also hosts events regularly which is a nice way to get a different expereince.

Great upscale place to go for views and drinks. Their drinks are pricey but amazing. The service is also amazing.

Amazing experience, from the food to the drinks it was the coolest experience I've had! I want to give a big shout out to Jacquline (Jackie) for the incredible service! She is fantastic! She took care of us from start to finish and I can't wait to come back. I definitely will be asking for her because she was truly the best! Be sure to come here and ask for Jackie! She was so great with recommendations and she was all great vibes! Thanks for welcoming us legacy club! We will be back!

Of course this rooftop lounge above the Circa Resort has great views; Circa is probably the tallest hotel downtown. The lounge is fairly large and separated into several different spaces indoors and outside with different seating styles and capacities. There are firepits outside. I believe reservations are required for all spaces; walk-ins go to the bar where seating is first-come-first-served, with a few stand-up tables also. Golden Hour (sunset) is apparently very popular. They have scheduled events also. I visited when they first opened at 4 pm since I didn't reserve. They do not allow open toe footwear for men, so I had to change from my pricey leather sandals to some sneakers. They do apparently allow shorts for men. Kenny the bartender was great. I ended up trying 3 of their 4 mocktails, Beginners Luck (hibiscus tea +), Wild Card (pineapple/cucumber +) and When the Fun Continues (strawberry/cream +); the last was my fave. Photos are allowed. They don't serve food. A nice place for a drink and a view.

Visited in Jan 2025 around 5 pm. If James Bond, Gatsby, and a golden sunset had a baby, it would be Legacy Club. Walked in expecting a decent cocktail--walked out wondering if I had just sipped liquid charisma. I ordered something with a name so fancy I just pointed and nodded like I knew what I was doing. The drinks are smooth enough to make you question your life choices (like why you haven't been here sooner). The bar is so gorgeous. Elegant, classy, and makes you feel like you're starring in a movie where you're rich and mysterious. Our server was a young lady who somehow managed to be both effortlessly charming and runway-ready, also friendly without being fake. She made us feel like VIPs, even though we rolled in like tourists who just discovered what "elevated mixology" means. That view tho. Oh, just your average *jaw-dropping panorama of Las Vegas bathed in sunset glory*. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! The Legacy Club was such a great experience. It is located at the Circa hotel off the strip of Vegas. We accidentally reserved our outside table for a different date. But they were able to accommodate us and seated at us on the same day. That to me is great service! I ordered two mocktail, because I don't drink alcohol. I was there for the sunset view. Which did not disappoint! I had their hibiscus mocktail and their espresso martini mocktail. And of both were amazing and I would totally order them again. Their fancy water was also amazing and came in a glass bottle which I took home. Because of the great service, tasty drinks, and the amazing view I would definitely come back

Ask the Community - Legacy Club

Does the $200 I am required to pay to sit outside also include our cocktails? Or is that on top of the 200?

That's for table reservations and go towards cocktails.

Is there dancing / dj on weekends ? Or is this just a chill bar to see the view and have drinks?

Just a cocktail lounge. No live DJs

    Is there a dress code?

Yes, it is posted on the first floor prior to getting to the elevators

Can you go outside to see the views without a reservation, you just can't sit at a table? I read in another question you don't need reservations just to go because it is open bar seating.

Yea you can go up and check out the views without a reservation. You will need a reservation to sit at a table. You can sit at the bar with out a reservation

Is there food served and If so is the menu posted?

No I don't think they serve food up there.

We have a reservation for March, is there music here? The views are amazing but I don't see anything about music. Thank you

There is music but it's old timey style, kind of reminds me of Great Gatsby. And it sounds like the same song on a loop.

    What's the dress code?

The dress code is whatever the hostess decides in that moment after they judge your appearance. They previously had posted dress code rules at the entry, but they are contradicted constantly. The fact that a few other people answered above that they…

Can u make reservations for a group of 15?

Yes, just call ahead of time. They will offer you sunset or champagne group packages as well which are a fee per person but it includes hors d'oeuvres plates for each person and if I remember correctly, 2 drinks per person or champagne for the group.

May I know what is included to $450 small fire pit seating area ? Thanks.

Anyone know if cute, open toe sandals are a no go? Going with a handful of girls in two weeks and want to be semi casual/classy, yet comfy (aka no heels but comfy sandals) jeans? If paired with a nice, semi dressy shirt?

    Business casual is the preferred

    Is food served here?

No food served nor on the menu

If you arrive early in the day (4ish) would you be able to enter without a reservation and possibly sit at the bar?

We went on a Saturday night about 8 and no reservation needed for the bar. Only for the tables inside and outside. Great views and friendly mixologist. Classy environment. We loved it

Is there an admission fee to get into the Legacy Club? I want to go during Happy Hour and sit outside. Do I need to make a reservation for that?

No admission to get into Legacy Club, however, you must make a reservation for outside and will need a credit card to do so. Outside books very fast.

Is there live music or DJ?

Not while we were there. Maybe they will, but more luxury with a current music with roaring 20's vibe while we visited.

Is the Sunset Package worth it? Or will I be able to sit outdoors by the glass/window with a regular reservation since all I care about is having the best/table view.

I chose not to go with the Sunset Package. There are a handful of hightop tables for standing behind all the reserved seats. The view at the hightop was great. You may also walk around the area a bit. I would definitely go the standing route again.

Hi there. Could you please clarify your dress code? When you say no "athletic shoes" do you mean running, workout or basketball shoes? Would a nice pair of Vans or Suede causal Nike shoes be permitted?

We have updated the dress code for Legacy Club in preparation for the warmer season: At Legacy…

Walked in at around 8:30/9pm and it was pretty dead. My friend and I were able to secure a booth, which felt intimate. It was ample space for 2 people but I can imagine if you had 4 people you'd feel squished. My friend ordered the Naked & Afraid and I ordered the Tropical Howler with vodka. Both of our cocktails were amazing and we'd order them again. If you like sweet cocktails, Tropical Howler is definitely for you. We both ordered a shot of the Mind Eraser, which had coffee liqueur I believe, I am not sure but you could taste the coffee and it was pretty good. Our bartender gave it to us with straws so you could probably sip it like a cocktail or take it like a shot. We liked the vibes in here due to its dark and intimate feel. We probably would have gotten a different vibe if we didn't have our own booth. I would come here again!

Pricy, as expected in Vegas, but a nice time for my husband and I in a unique decor. The host out front selected for us a cozy little settee and cocktail table in a lovely room away from the main traffic and activity of the bar. He was brightly cordial and had a fun sense of humor. Jennifer, our magnificently poised and attentive server, gave us helpful descriptions of various cocktails and answered questions about navigating around the cheese allergy. She understood the dilemma that presented and kindly focused on helping us find a cocktail to enjoy. Two cocktails caught my eye so we asked for Jennifer's opinion. She said she loved the presentation of one of these in particular, The No. 5. She said it was the prettiest drink they had and offered a good quantity cocktail with a really fun look. It was a pretty pink concoction served on a silver platter in a Chanel No 5 bottle adorned with a black Vanderpumps branded satin bow. The dreamy pink liquid was to be poured over ice and sipped through a golden straw. The blend of ingredients were perfectly balanced and very tasty. The mint garnish brought a bit of sparkly to the blend. The menu describes like this: "THE NO. 5 10 oz / 34.95 What Do You Wear to Bed? Cognac - Diplomatico Dark Rum - Coconut Rum Elderflower - Pineapple - Lemon - Pear - Angostura" The cocktail was perfectly balanced and no one flavor took over the drink, instead the variety of the ingredients came together as a team to create a delightfully nuanced experience for the taste buds. The decor at Vanderpump was a complicated mix of Victorian ephemera and whimsical art and "antiques". It was a bit vintage bordello meets romance set in an antiques collective inspired bar. The colors were rich burgundy and black with loads of roses and crystal with velvet fabrics festooned with flowers. We gave a four star rating for two reasons, ones completely unrelated to staff, service or quality of cocktails. The cheese saturation in menu selections was a disappointment for us and other lactose challenged folks I'm sure. The second factor did affect the ambiance a lot. When we arrived the music was so fitting for the setting so much that it's hard to give perfect examples of songs played. It had perfectly supported the whole theme. It was a bit bluesy and maybe some soft pop or jazz tunes. It was appropriately background, still fun, but not distracting to the whole experience. For the majority of the remainder our visit, the mood music more resembled a rave than a Parisian timeless multi sensory experience. We found this disappointing as well. In spite of this, Jennifer's care for us was a highlight of the experience. She was even kind enough to suggest she take a photo of us. She even chose a background for us. We definitely made a special memory. Thanks Jennifer.

We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

We were sat at a super cute table (there were 4 of us) and looked through the menu. The decor was super cute! Sort of old vintage looking couches around some tables, dim lighting, I loved the vibe. We each ordered something different from their cocktail menu from our very nice server. While waiting for those, our friend went to close out the tab and ordered shots, but asked for something that would be good. They proceeded to give us something with muddled strawberries, I was blown away at how good it was! Best shot I have ever had, so fresh. I love when you give bartenders freedom to play and create something so good! Our cocktails were so interesting and very tasty. I'd love to come back when we have some more time and try some of the other drinks. Everything about this place was amazing to me! Vibe, staff, the drinks, I had a great time!

The indoor space is sexy and dark, beautifully designed with lots of velvet and rich textures all around. In a cool contrast, the back patio is a bright, vibrant mix of pink, turquoise, and white. While you're out there, be sure to snap a picture in their photo booth! The staff here is simply INCREDIBLE! They are always so welcoming and do a fantastic job of helping walk you through the menu. Because the cocktail menu changes frequently with unique, rotating themes, you get a completely fresh experience every single time you visit. On my last trip, the theme was music through different eras of time, which was easily one of my favorites yet. They also have standard house cocktails, be sure to check out the punch of the day! Before you leave, don't forget to check out their cool merch and swag, which is beautifully framed up on the wall right behind the bar. No matter where you are staying in Vegas, make sure to put Velveteen Rabbit at the very top of your destination list!

Sure, it is known; however, it was surprisingly not that busy for a Friday. We were seated at a shell like booth and this space between the back side of the Players Club and the Cash cage, is a lovely and elegant place. Is it expensive? yes. Most other fine establishments are also expensive in Vegas. It is what it has become. Is that good? Probably not; however, it does give you the opportunity to experience something unique and special. Although we had one server, the servers worked very well together throughout our 90 minutes here and really team assisted with each other. Between the two of us, we had three drinks. You can page through the very detailed menu, and I decided to have the Passion's Serenade drink, which was a glass partially frozen with a coconut and passionfruit puree and then also had some chocolate rum, vanilla and fresno chili. It was a delicious drink, and actually was a great "sit back and wait" drink, because it took a while for the frozen portion to melt. The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would return again in the future. Expect drink prices to range from about $30 to $70, with some even higher for the "market price" drinks.
