Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. It sounds like they offer a membership for self-pay patients as well that would offest the cost for those who are underinsured as well. Happy with the discovery of this dentist. I have not been to the dentist ever since I moved here and I been putting it off because of my…read moreformer job where I did not have time to go. I found this place on Yelp and looked at the website and found their chat feature. I was able to sign up really quickly and then after you sign up, they make you fill out paper work which took around 10 to 15 minutes if I can recall. I did not realize this place was actually near my house like walking distance if I really wanted to and in that plaza where the Golden Chick, Aldi, Pie place off a really busy street. I did a teeth cleaning and x-rays which was covered by my insurance. I was impressed how friendly the staff was, the hygienist, Linda, Wendy the front desk, and the Dr. herself. My appointment started on time at 9am, I got x-rays done and were much different as their were hardly any biting and gagging and Linda was very patient and kind and had a smile behind the mask as you can tell she loved her job. She gave me a couple of great pointers of how to floss and how to brush which was great. The overall process took around 50 minutes which is normal for cleaning and x-rays. They recommended that I get a night guard with lowers retainers removed and get ortho treatment on my upper teeth. The quotes were not too bad as insurance covered some of it. I ended up getting a night guard and lower retainers removed and they ended up doing it right away. The ortho I felt could wait as I did not feel like spending that much for that day, but they did not pressure me into getting it which was nice. Maybe in the future I will consider. It took another hour to removed my retainer and do impressions on my teeth. Impressions are not fun to do, but they did their best to comfort me while I was in pain. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to go to.

While most dentist offices I contacted were either closed on Fridays (?!?!) or didn't have an opening, Mirror Lake Dentistry made it work. They made an appointment for my husband during a time that worked for HIS schedule, and gave plenty of time to work on ALL of his problem areas in one appointment. All costs were addressed up front, and my husband came home with a brand new mouth saying (and I quote) "5 stars. I know who I'm giving my dental record to now." They were kind, quick, didn't give him the run around, THEY HAVE NETFLIX, and my husband is no longer afraid of getting dental work. Thank you, MLD! Amazing dentists and staff!…read more Came here for a checkup and cleaning. The hygienist was very gentle. The gal up front is super nice. The doctor came in and did a very thorough exam. He saw that I broke a filling in one of my back teeth. He showed me a picture on the computer screen and I just knew that I had to get that fixed. He was very gentle with the shot and I didn't hurt afterwards at all. The assistants were friendly too. I will definitely be sending my friends and family here! See y'all in six months!

It was identified that I was in need of 3 fillings, some bridge work and possible crowns. Upon leaving the office I stopped at Shea's station to schedule an appointment for the fillings. We scheduled for 8/04/26. I was informed that I would be charged $245.80. I did not know at the time that this included 20% of my $161 charge for teeth cleaning that was going to be 100% covered After my 8/04/26 appointment I stopped at Shea's station to remit my payment of $245.80. She printed out a statement for me and I left. When I arrived home, I looked at the statement and had some questions for her. I called and was told that the forwarding balance of $161.00 was for my teeth cleaning and were awaiting payment from my insurance company. The 7/29 appointment was 100% covered. She also informed me that I had a $79 credit from 2023 that was included/applied to the balance. On 8/05/26 I called Shea back requesting A more detailed statement showing the credit from 2023. I also asked why I was never sent the credit and why they held onto it for 3 years. She stated I had some cancelled/rescheduled appointments where they were going to give me my credit, but because these appointments had been rescheduled, they decided to keep my credit balance. I requested to be sent my overpayment from 2023 and she refused. She said they would use it for whatever my insurance wouldn't pay for my 7/29 and 8/4 appointments. I feel they are stealing my money from 2023 and my overpayment from 3 years ago has nothing to do with 7/29 and 8/4. The money is mine to use as I see fit. I am in my 70's and live on a fixed income. In the past 3 years I could have used that money for groceries or to pay a bill. I am appalled by this man's lack of ethics and thievery-like behavior, his rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Not only am I very saddened to be treated this way, but I am also concerned about this type of practice and whether or not Dr. Siriphong makes this a habit in his practice. It is the second time it has happened to me.
