This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

Imagine you were so AFRAID of dentists, you didn't see one for 14 years... and had multiple…read morecracked molars and were in need of some serious work. That was me, and this is the story about how Dr. Williams literally saved my mouth, and probably my life. First, my fear was both rational and irrational. From pieces of my jaw bone coming off with extractions, to drill bits getting stuck in my jawbone, to failed root canals, recommendation for apicoectomy (drill into cheekbone to get roots), to short fills (root canal wasn't deep enough), and mostly NEVER GETTING FULLY NUMB, I've had my fair share of bad luck with dentists. To be fair, I've had a few good ones, but their goodness didn't outweigh my fears and spent 14 years as far away from them as possible. Add to this, I'm struggling with symptoms of RA, and have been diagnosed with chronic idiopathic hives. Somethings going on with my immune system and I get hives all day long that are not responsive to OTC meds and I've been on steroids for months. I suspected my infected cracked teeth may be causing or worsening my symptoms. I knew it was time to bite the bullet. Enter FFD. I let them know (probably everyone, lol) that I was a nervous wreck. I didn't even want them digging the tools into my teeth to "check" for cavities as that can hurt IMO. You know what... they didn't. That's a first! They did all the xrays and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I needed 3 root canals. They make the crowns there and have you out with your permanent all porcelain crown in hours. Once D day came, they were quick to give me the nitrous (sweeeet). Dr Williams explained she's from a long generation of dentists and she's really good about nerve mapping and numbing. Man, was she! I did have some limited breakthrough pain, which in her own words would "get my attention", and that's about all it was. I described where the pain came from and radiated to, and she found the nerve and numbed it within seconds. No one has ever done that! She also noted my chart about how my nerves run. Then next visit I had no breakthrough pain. I literally grabbed her hand and with tears told her she saved my mouth. Not to mention I have multiple crooked roots and have been referred to an endo twice on other similar teeth, due to complexity. For her, it was a breeze. This saved me a fortune! 3 months later and I'm off all steroids, and am managing my hives with OTC Allegra. Overall, the office manager and staff were so gracious and accommodating - with reasonable prices and options for full sedation (one day I'll make a you tube video), you cant go wrong! I may never be able to say I enjoy going to the dentist, but with Dr. Williams, it's as close as I'll get!

I found this place on Yelp and looked at the website and found their chat feature. I was able to sign up really quickly and then after you sign up, they make you fill out paper work which took around 10 to 15 minutes if I can recall. I did not realize this place was actually near my house like walking distance if I really wanted to and in that plaza where the Golden Chick, Aldi, Pie place off a really busy street. I did a teeth cleaning and x-rays which was covered by my insurance. I was impressed how friendly the staff was, the hygienist, Linda, Wendy the front desk, and the Dr. herself. My appointment started on time at 9am, I got x-rays done and were much different as their were hardly any biting and gagging and Linda was very patient and kind and had a smile behind the mask as you can tell she loved her job. She gave me a couple of great pointers of how to floss and how to brush which was great. The overall process took around 50 minutes which is normal for cleaning and x-rays. They recommended that I get a night guard with lowers retainers removed and get ortho treatment on my upper teeth. The quotes were not too bad as insurance covered some of it. I ended up getting a night guard and lower retainers removed and they ended up doing it right away. The ortho I felt could wait as I did not feel like spending that much for that day, but they did not pressure me into getting it which was nice. Maybe in the future I will consider. It took another hour to removed my retainer and do impressions on my teeth. Impressions are not fun to do, but they did their best to comfort me while I was in pain. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to go to.

I decided to go with the best reviews and the receptionist that made me the most comfortable. While most dentist offices I contacted were either closed on Fridays (?!?!) or didn't have an opening, Mirror Lake Dentistry made it work. They made an appointment for my husband during a time that worked for HIS schedule, and gave plenty of time to work on ALL of his problem areas in one appointment. All costs were addressed up front, and my husband came home with a brand new mouth saying (and I quote) "5 stars. I know who I'm giving my dental record to now." They were kind, quick, didn't give him the run around, THEY HAVE NETFLIX, and my husband is no longer afraid of getting dental work. Thank you, MLD! My first service was a screening and to go over a treatment plan. Believe it or not, I only had 1 tooth hurting me even though after X-rays I was told I need 3 fillings, 2 root canals, 3 crowns and a deep cleaning. I scheduled my deep cleaning and 3 fillings for the following week. While the work looks cosmetically great and I feel more confident about my smile, my mouth has been in constant pain since my procedure which was on 03/31/26. I did go back about 1 week later to have one filling readjusted. While the tooth that needed to be readjusted still hurts when eating, it's the constant throbbing pain I have all over my mouth that's taking me out. As I mentioned above, only 1 tooth hurt me prior to coming in and this is a tooth that needs a root canal and crown so it did not have work on it as I respectfully could not afford to do everything at once.
