Purchased new carpet from Lowes and they use Legacy flooring for installs. Legacy removed my old carpet and installed new. Our house was just painted within last couple months. Installers scratched all walls in rooms with carpet and put dents and knicks in walls and molding. Talked to Legacy they agreed to buy material and we paint as was in rush do to another contractor coming in doing Hardwood refinishing. We tried touching up would not match looked like crap. Went and purchased materials at Lowes and repainted. Sent receipt to legacy Floors and they complained as to price of materials and said they wanted touched up I explained I want it like it was before. We had 2400 sq feet of carpet installed. Miguel and Edgard were awesome to work with. They were great at communicating, friendly, careful and super diligent in making sure that every foot of carpet was installed for lasting use. Their attention to detail and work ethic was stellar. Once the carpet was in at Lowe's, they had availability for the install that week. We pushed a few weeks so we could prepare and asked for a 2 day install upfront because of the amount of carpet being installed. Miguel and Edgard communicated their arrival time for both days. They didn't waste any time with the installation. Yet they would pause if we had questions and took the time to connect with us on a personal level. I am warning everyone, Lowe's and Legacy Flooring are a huge risk! Their contract installer who did our backsplash did not have common sense enough to put card board under the feet of my stove before sliding it across my wood floors, and now they are scratched up. Lowe's nor Legacy FLOORING will not even send someone to repair them. They keep down playing the scratches and have literally told me they would "just buff out", but won't send anyone to try it out! They insulted me by offering me $75.00. And, get this, the caulk along the edge of our new backsplash is crumbling now anyway. It's only a month old. We had Ernesto, Carlo, and Christian install LVP flooring from Lowes. We saw all the bad reviews, and were very nervous. I was underfoot a lot, making an absolute niussance of myself during the scheduling and installation phases. Everyone we spoke to was very patient and understanding of my anxiety. They have implemented a review policy to reward workers who earn good ratings, and remove the workers who were doing sloppy jobs and getting bad reviews. As to the work - these guys are total pros. Carlo has been doing it the longest (8 years), and Ernesto was here mostly to help them out and translate for non-Spanish speakers. You'd think they had been doing it for much longer, because they worked so well together. I saw them nitpick boards that had chipped edges, so I didn't have to. The end result is a beautifully put together floor, with smooth edges and trim. The repeating pattern a lot of people complain about with LVP flooring is well hidden by the layout they used. If you need LVP floor installed through Lowes + Legacy Flooring, ask for this team specifically. They will not let you down! read more

Bought flooring from Lowe's and Lowe's contracted then to do the install. It has been down hill since. Gaps under the door frames, their response, the previous flooring was higher that the one they installed, squeaky floors, their response, they are within manufacture tolerance in essence they don't care, leaving the fireplace with gaps and of course their response was they following manufacturer guidance. They tear up your home and don't care about what they leave behind. If you are buying floors make sure you ask who the install. If it is Legacy, find another business to buy from. Legacy Flooring was retained by Lowe's to install new carpeting in 3 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. They arrived in a timely manner and worked hard all day. The installers were personable and informative. They displayed great attention to the detail of their work and their cleanup and restoring furniture in our rooms was exceptional. I would insist upon their services for any subsequent flooring needs. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This company is awful. They didn't show up on time, the crew was of 6 but only 2 people showed up. They butchered the job, 2 days of work took 3 months!!! The initial crew did so bad that another crew had to come in and pull up boards and fix there work. They did damage to the pre existing flooring, walls, windows, door frames, furniture and a brand new door kick plate. They also broke several antiques in my home that couldn't be boxed up, but were clearly moved away from the work areas. They complained the entire time about having to fix the work, and complained about the pay to us for the job. Finally the flooring is done but dealing with insurance claims is even worse. It has taken almost 11 months and pending for a settlement with little to no communication on there end. read more

They are the sub contractor for Lowe's Home Improvement who we purchased our flooring through. In a bathroom remodel, we asked if they were finished -they said yes. We go up stairs to find our master bath toilet in front of our shower and it was broken. After a week going back and forth with Lowe's, they finally told us the Legacy reported that the toilet was broken. Total lie! If it were broken, there would have been water damaged to my sub floor. Just like every other review... The day of installation they flaked. Install was suppose to be between 9-11am, at 11:28, after I called and waited on hold for a minute and then went to the online chat, they called me to notify me the installer was "under the weather" and the installation would not take place. Our bedroom was torn apart and unusable. They said they would do the install the same day as the rest of the house which was three days later, all while expecting us to keep our home completely disrupted. The rest of the house was a large job and we were initially worried they wouldn't be able to do it in one day, then to add another job on top of it, was completely unacceptable. The ill installer would have not sounded so off if I had been called around 9am, not after I had been waiting for them to show up and they be a "no-show" for the job. Broken contract on the very first job, the spouse and I decided we have lost too much confidence and trust with Legacy to allow them to come on Friday for the rest of the job. This company is destroying Lowe's reputation and its terrible because we love Lowe's. As long as they contract with Legacy, we will take our business elsewhere. It's taken over a month to get to this point and now we have to put the bedroom back together and start all over again. Utterly disappointed and severely upset. Lowe's will be refunding our money for a job not completed. The negative reviews are authentic per our experience. I am not sure why Lowe's is continuing their relationship with this company other than maybe they have some kind of expiration setup in their contract. THEY SMOKED IN OUR HOME WHILE INSTALLING!!!!!!!This group was subcontracted through Lowe's to install carpet in our rental property. They are impossible to reach. The phone is consistently rolled to an answering machine. Approximately 16 hours before our schedule install, they called and changed the date and time of install. One of the 6 calls I made to discuss the new install time was returned. I left questions in my voicemails that needed answered like if the crew could use a lockbox for entry or if someone needed to be onsite during their work. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-2pm, which we made emergency arrangements for access given the short notice on delay and lack of communication regarding entry. We received a call at 7 am that they would be there in 30 minutes. We had to give strangers the lock box code to our home as we didn't have enough time to make additional arrangements (this is not our primary home; we live 7 hours away). We were called mid-project by Lowe's for additional "installation fees" requested by the company. Our product includes free installation and a member of the team had been to the site for in person room measurement. We had paid in full prior to their arrival. The home had been professionally cleaned prior to installation. After completion of the project, they left a mess in our home. We were installing the carpet to eliminate the smoke smell from our prior tenants. There was cigarette ash in our sink. Toilet paper was left beside the toilet. Trash and dirt were left on the tile floors. Our vertical blinds were broken. I've called to discuss the mess and damage, but can't imagine anyone will actually call back. Lowe's should Choose better contractors that are honest and professional. Legacy Flooring did a poor job and failed to come back out to the property to finish the job. I called at 10 am and was told they had to cancel - NO ONE had contacted me. If I did not initiate the call, I would not have known. Rescheduled - again, I called at around 10 am - was told carpet looked damaged, would not be able to install. Both times I had to have someone drive to the unit to be there for the install as I live out of state. *This is for Legacy in FL. If I would have researched Lowes installers before purchasing, I would have never gone with this company. It took almost a month to set up the install from my purchase date. The install left really bad seams. They also left marks and hand prints on several walls and doors, went in rooms they had no need to go in, and took food to my upstairs where the carpet was being installed. 0 stars. I just recently had flooring put down in my condo in Cary. While I had many options, I chose Lowe's to ensure that I could receive a warranty on the craftsmanship and flooring. Lowe's has contracted Legacy (not my choice) and it has been a disaster! The job was not finished, there is damage to my walls, "surprise" 1k costs for leveling and I am still waiting for them to finish the job after 10 days. I was told by Lowe's that the district manager from Legacy would be in touch with me about the issues, however I have yet to hear back. Legacy's answer to repairing my newly painted walls was to send someone out to clean them. How is that a solution? I can take paint off the walls myself. Legacy has not been responsive, accountable, professional and now I wonder about the quality of the installation itself. While I generally like Lowe's as an organization, I will definitely think twice about using their products and services for my homes in the future. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Their incompetence in scheduling and communication is unparalleled. The quality of their work is also a major issue as I have 2 rooms that need to be redone. Bottom line is that I've been living a 9 day nightmare for a simple 1500 sq ft carpet install. Once your install starts, Lowe's will have no control and you'll be at the mercy of this company. So if Lowe's tells you that Legacy Flooring will be installing your carpet, I strongly advise you to demand a different company that can do the job right! Here's a summary for those that would like more details. I have a lot more notes, but most reviews have character limits. MAJOR ISSUES: SCHEDULING - This is a two day job that was squeezed into a one day install (to maximize jobs and company profit). Because of this method of doing business, Legacy was booked solid and did not have the means to send someone back to complete the job in a reasonable timeframe. LEGACY DISTRICT MANAGER - District Manager did not return calls or call with updates as promised. - District Manager incapable of course correcting and prioritizing work for an install that was spiraling out of control. - District Manager has no control over his employees and is unable to manage the install project when things don't go smoothly. LEGACY - Legacy DOES NOT CARE about the inconvenience they place on the customer and are unwilling to communicate and work with customers. - Installers showed up on Monday without calling as promised - Installers showed up at night (after 6pm) several hours late for a job that would keep them in my home past midnight. - Even though Legacy will send people to your house to start a job at night, they will be UNAVAILABLE to answer calls and address your questions. - Installers were scheduled to complete the job on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I cancelled plans and waited all day. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Of course, their office was closed for the holiday, so I had to wait until Tuesday to find out what was going on. WORKMANSHIP - One room was not cut properly and is short on two ends. The edge that isn't short looks completely messy. - The transition to my master bathroom is not flat and puckers. - There is an obvious seam in the middle of my master bedroom. INSTALL PROCESS - Installers refused to move furniture as indicated by the service contract until forcing them through their company - Installers cut my new carpet in the middle of the street while walking on it with dirty shoes. - Legacy does not track weather and installers are unable to adjust when it rains. - After 15 minutes of my new carpet getting rained on, I had to enlist my neighbors to move the carpet into the installers' van (which it still stuck out the back of). - Nobody oversees the install work or manages the job to ensure it runs smoothly. This should be done by both Lowe's and Legacy. LOWE'S HAS NO CONTROL OVER CONTRACTED WORK - Lowe's does not have a direct line to contractors and are unable to address issues as they arise. The level of incompetence was staggering. They missed two appointments before finally making it out two months after taking my money. But then when they showed up, they brought the carpet but not the baseboards (which were very much on the order form). My whole project was under 200 square feet, so it's not like it was that complicated of a job. Every time, it was someone else's fault for why it wasn't getting done. First and foremost I Had to schedule my own instillation date... because Lowe's never did. Finally got that taken care of... Date was set for 8-17-21 which was yesterday between 9am-11am.. Left work early to come home and @12:00 no call and no show... finally got in contact with someone and they stated my records show my instillation time was from 9am-3pm... Who the he'll schedules a 6 hour window for a 3 hour job ... when the installer finally showed up at 12:30... only to find out when the Lowe's Delivery guy (Larry) delivered the floors leaving them in the garage vs inside the house where they have to be for up to 72 hours before they can be installed . So I assisted the installer taking 22 boxes of flooring upstairs... called this morning and I still don't have a scheduled installation date read more

They installed carpet today and it turned out beautiful. Scheduler contacted me 2 days after carpet arrived from warehouse and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The crew of 2 arrived almost 5 hrs early but claimed the scheduler had made appointment for 2 customers for the same time so they stopped by to see if it was possible to do the job now instead of rescheduling. I agreed. My installer has over 10 yrs experience and did the job right. Other than the scheduling error I'm pleased with everything. read more

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT go to Legacy Flooring. I had a very horrible experience. I went to Lowe's to have my carpet replaced. Lowe's contracts all of their flooring work out to Legacy Flooring. Lowes simply cannot handle the work volume required for flooring and Legacy cannot handle the work volume either. Lowes used to contract their flooring work out to multiple contractors but now only contracts out to Legacy. I spent $35 for Legacy to measure my carpet and give me an estimate for how much it would cost to replace my carpet. The thing is, Legacy never even came! Lowe's gave me Legacy's contact information so that I could book an appointment for them to come to my house. As soon as you call, you are on a waiting list to speak to customer service. It takes roughly 30 minutes to finally connect and I ask them to set me up for an appointment. They tell me that my carpet measurer is busy and that she will call me back by the end of that business day. The day ends and I never received a phone call. And so I call back the very next day only for the exact same thing to happen again. It takes roughly 30 minutes to finally connect and I ask them to set me up for an appointment, I was told they'd call me back that day, and then I never received a phone call. After finally getting fed up, I started researching into Legacy and reading online reviews. If you go to their Glassdoor website, a former employee claimed that they are high turnover and understaff their call center. They receive on average of 800 calls a day and simply cannot handle the work volume. I should of quit there, but I unfortunately did not. I ended up calling them a 3rd time and connected with customer service after waiting about 30 minutes again. This time they were able to set up an appointment for someone to come and measure my carpet between 1 - 5 pm. That day comes and I never receive a phone call telling me that they're coming. Around 4:20 pm I decide to call Legacy and see if they're coming. It takes about 30 minutes to reach customer service and they tell me they're coming. They end up never even showing up. No phone call, no nothing, no apology, etc. I still haven't heard from them in over 3 days. I took the day off from work and it was a complete waste of my time. I will be returning to Lowes to demand my $35 back. I ended up calling a company called Brentwood Flooring America and have been very satisfied with Brentwood Flooring America. Many people assume that Lowes will be cheaper for carpet then other companies because they are wholesale. That is not true. I was informed that Brentwood Flooring America can offer competitive prices that are very close to Lowes. My dad originally wanted to go with Lowes because he saw that Lowes does "free" carpet installation. Nothing in life is free. What Lowes will do for example is they will take a piece of carpet and charge $1/square foot and then claim "free" carpet installation. Other local companies such as Brentwood Flooring America will take that exact piece of carpet and charge $0.50/square foot and then charge you for installation. If you do your research, the prices will end up being very close. My dad fell in love with the whole "free" installation offered by Lowes until I called Brentwood and convinced him otherwise. Brentwood has given me amazing customer service and I hope that you guys will go with their business instead of Legacy Flooring. If you read reviews for Legacy Flooring, you will realize that they used to have good reviews. At some point, Lowes started giving all of their flooring work to them. Legacy tried to take on too much work at once and cannot keep up with the work volume due to poor management. Any recent reviews for Legacy Flooring will be very bad. Their is a giant disconnect between Legacy and Lowes and it leads to very poor customer service. Brentwood Flooring America is a local company. However they are able to get their carpets at wholesale price because they go in with a multitude of other companies together and buy carpet in bulk. Because of this, Brentwood Flooring America is able to get their carpet for super cheap and remain competitive with wholesale companies like Lowes. I am not affiliated with Brentwood Flooring America and am only a customer that had a great experience with them. I had a very bad experience with Lowes and Legacy Flooring. This is for legacy flooring in the Hampton roads, Virginia area. This is possibly one of the worst flooring install companies in the bisnuess. Right from the start they where a problem. We purchased flooring through lowes and this was the company they chose. From the start just getting the measurements was a horrible experience. The measurement guy shows up to our house and was either drunk or high. He made extremely unprofessional comments about our house and really didn't listen to what we wanted. After he measured the first time come to find out her missed several rooms . He had to come back a total of 3 times. Then we went to lowes to pay for the estimated product and they over quoted us about $3,000 in products and left out key transition items. It took us 2 months to get them to come and install it. When the installers arrived (late September)none of them spoke a single word of English and had no real clue on what actually needed to be done. Really nerve wrecking when having to explain to the people that are supposed to know what needs to be done, plus since they didn't speak English I wasn't sure if they actually understood me. Once they started ripping up the old flooring I thought we where ok. They ran into some problems and it took them a whole day to remove some old flooring that must have been nailed done with thousands of tiny nails everywhere. These kinds of things I understand happen and I wasn't concerned with the problem they where facing. Unexpected problems can't be faulted. It is how they handled it. They worked until like 10 pm that night ripping up this flooring and when they left the entire house was ripped apart with floors with nails sticking out everywhere. They left tools and razor blades everywhere. I have children and dogs and I had to go buy several pieces of ply wood just to lay down so we could use our house in a general capacity without getting nails through our feet. They cam back the next day finished ripping up the floor and began installing things. They where in such a hurry that they cut pieces wrong, put flooring in on weird angles and not completely attached. They worked till 11 pm that night and of course the floor was not finished. They left that night with out us knowing when they would come back and finish the project. The entire time all I heard was we have another project tomorrow. They left in a hurry, left tools, razor blades and dirt and dust everywhere. They didn't take anytime to cover and furniture at all. I paid of them to move the furniture but it was so late I just wanted these people out of my house. The next day we called the company and we couldn't get a straight answer or could never get a call back on when they would finish the floor. It took us another almost 2 months for anyone to come out and finish the job. Mid November is when they came out.to finish. Once again no one spoke English had to explain what still needed to be done. They slapped flooring together in a rush and left. When i walked around and looked at all the completed work, there was gapped flooring. Uneven cut trim, or trim that was barley attached. They shotty installed a transition piece around our fireplace that was filled with gaps. Over the next 3 to 4 months we tried calling and talking to several people to come fix the mistakes. They would send people out they would come take a look, shift a few things around and then tell us they needed to order products and pull up some flooring to fix the gaps. They would be in touch. Turns out that was a lie they would just go back and mark the job complete. It took us getting the district manager involved to get Them to actually fix it. So then we are in the process of selling our house and the floors still need to get fixed. The company took 4 months to get the product ordered and get it to our house. They did such a shotty repair job the day before we closed the house that we had to fork out another $1000 in closing costs so the new owners could get the flooring fixed. Worst company ever!!! We are now in negotiations with them to refund us several thousands of dollars for their crappy rushed job. read more

Then same guy says oh it's two floors says he can't do two floors never mentioned anything beyond that. And kept complaining you can turn the water off and I told him I can get it turned off it's a two floors and he says he can't do it so you supposedly called his boss he says his boss says two floors I can't do it nobody's explaining nothing to me at this point. So I got mad to be honest cuz I couldn't understand him I said well all you're doing is complaining and you're not going to do it cuz it's two floors if you're not going to do anything go ahead and leave and I told him to leave not mean but a little Stern and he left. So later that day I called store 739 Lowe's spoke to Stephanie to find out what's going on she said she'd have to check. She got back to me and said the guy said it was problems turning off the water I said okay and I explained her what I told him and that I had to have soft molding or something to go around the tub was no one ever told me including the original specter that came in and looked at that bathroom. She told me I was going to have to pay $75 to have it done extra I told her I was going to pay that only because I was never told that in the first place I don't believe in adding on more charges and taxes after the fact I said it has caulk on it now she told me well today you have to use this other soft molding stuff but then she agreed to make sure I got that at no cost since I didn't know I wasn't told. And I said okay let's try to get this rescheduled and that's when if you ask him again I don't know how long it was but maybe the next day she finally said oh and they're saying there might be asbestos in the floor so I said what I said and then I explained her the original inspector lady said it was fine there wasn't an issue. So she said she'll have to go back and check with the district manager. There's a lot more said back and forth but I'll try to keep it short. So she told me that she'll get the district manager to come out and her name was Juliet he said this was her district manager never once told me this was just your manager for legacy the contract I didn't find that out till August 2nd when I talked to Hannah the assistant store manager. So she got Juliet district manager to come out that took another week and a half almost two weeks she came out take a couple pictures go to the same floor and said okay Mr ledford after we talked and that was Wednesday July 28th late afternoon she said no problem I see what you were talking about we can go ahead and get this installed for you and get it taken care of I will let Stephanie know to get you back in a rotation to get an installer to come out to the house and get this installed. So I thought way everything is fine she said she left after a couple days on Friday the 30th still no call so I got a hold of Stephanie and she said well I didn't get any message yet or anything I'll have to check I'm just saying it's her district manager not being clear who this district manager works for really. Anyways I gave her the weekend to try to get a hold of this Juliet cuz I know what Juliet said no problem we'll get it done. So yesterday was Monday August 2nd since I hadn't heard from anybody in the morning I called the store got a hold of Stephanie after looking through the system and stuff she then it does appear that everything's okay they're just trying to find another installer to go out there or another crew this was Monday morning I told Stephanie that cuz she tried to get a definite answer so we can get it scheduled for August the 9th I said I'll be in there anyway I had a doctor's appointment in Lumberton I'll stop by in the afternoon to see where we're at we need to get this done so at this point in time before I stopped there in the afternoon I'm thinking I'm still getting my install. So I stopped by there in the afternoon probably about 3:00 or 4:00 ended up being there for almost 2 hours which I thought was crazy Stephanie then comes out and says well she talked to Juliet and they're not going to come out and do the install cuz they there's two layers of floor and now they're telling me for the first time ever they can't just take off the top layer and then put a floor underneath the other floor I never wanted to rip off the underneath floor there's only two so they're not going to do it and Julia said she couldn't do it and I was floored I see you just told me a while ago everything was fine just trying to get it started now you're saying no this all happened in a couple hours. So where are they? Where's the call to set up installation.?? Install was supposed to be included and it is billed. Lowes is nearly impossible to reach when it comes to the sales person who set this up. Lowes needs 3x more "specialists" in the flooring to have any cust. service at all.. Contract installers for Lowes. To say the overall performance of Legacy Flooring was sub-standard and misleading would be generous. They grossly underestimated the labor charge to get the contract then up charged the labor by 60% after the area was stripped down and in total dis-array. Then demanded immediate payment or the crew would be taken off the job. It was a 2 1/2 day job that they took 30 days to complete. 3 different work orders because they couldn't order the right materials. Closed the first order out unfinished and got paid anyway. 1 Star. Lowes hires this company to do their bathroom tile work. From all the pricier quotes I received for this job from local contractors around the area, Lowes is contracting out this work for the cheapest price for the customer. We have a small bathroom that we wanted tiles installed. The finished project is good. Everything surrounding the install was a poor experience. - Re-scheduled twice. First time they didn't even tell me it was cancelled. Both times to be rescheduled, I was the one who had to call them to make the next appointment, they did not call me to reschedule. - There was some miscommunication about a small portion of the work. Not a huge issue but getting inconsistent replies demonstrated a lack of quality professionalism or organization. - The didn't even put the bathroom door back on the hinges after the work was completed. - There were several spots on the wall with scuffs and a dresser in the bedroom was damaged. - Oil was spilled on the driveway. I assume from their van, or maybe a compressor. No idea the source of the oil. If this was a perfect job, I wouldn't care but since I've had such a frustrating time with them at this point, some oil on the driveway is a talking point now. There are numerous other things that I had issues with, that I don't think warrant a public comment because I don't think they are comments about the work itself but at the end of the day, I have had a negative experience with Legacy and I absolutely do not recommend working with this company. The quotes I got from other companies were more expensive and I believe I would have received a more positive and professional experience for those prices. Added note: They texted to ask about the experience. I explained everything and the only thing they responded with was "Any compensation needs to go through Lowe's. Again, I'm sorry for your experience." They do not make any attempt to remedy ANYTHING about my experience and merely brush off my comments to have Lowe's deal with it. Many missed appointments no show/no call. Then stopped up new plumbing when they used the bathroom. They quit after the demo of old tile and left us without flooring. Had to go to another flooring company. I wouldn't suggest anyone use this company. They lack communication skills and customer service skills. read more

Had carpet installed yesterday in our entire upstairs and steps. David and his crew arrived as scheduled and promptly got to work. The crew was professional, thorough, and skilled and completed the work without incident. Upstairs and steps look great! read more

My first impression of this company was not favorable, as they did not show up for the initial measuring estimate. I spent 25 minutes on the phone with Lowe's, and they told me that I "had been taken off the schedule by the carpet company." Not sure if this was true-may have been a CYA by Lowe's, maybe they didn't even process it correctly. But, since this is a review of the carpet install, I wanted to be fair to them. The actual install was great! The Legacy flooring employees were quick, worked hard and installed 2 bedrooms of carpet in less than 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put furniture back in place. I admit, I did not have very high hopes after reading the previous reviews of this company, but the guys that came to my house were topnotch! read more

Great service and very fast work. Had to follow up on the arrival of carpet and scheduling but after that everything went smoothly. Still don't like that Lowe's requires 100% payment up front. Will use Home Depot more often. Thanks. read more

Do Not Use This Company ! Legacy Flooring is the company Lowe's uses for installation. I purchased Pergo Timbercraft Waterproof laminate and the crew was inexperienced,unprofessional, rude and appeared to be in an extreme hurry to finish the installation. Boards are not seated properly & locked, two were chipped, the transition is separated, oily glue activator is all over the floor after numerous attempts to clean per Pergo specifications. They refused to put down the necessary backer rod and silicone which Lowe's outlined was needed. I called Legacy & spoke with a district manager while the install was underway & he assured me this would be done. Again the installer REFUSED. The quarter round is cracked with badly mitered corners. The installer told me to caulk and paint it. Legacy staff does not return calls. Finally I was told the crew would come back to "try and make it right". When I said no to that I was offered a different crew but at this point I'm too afraid...the floor may be further butchered. Lowe's is trying to have me allow Legacy installers to try again but no, I'd rather lose the cost of the floor than let anyone from Legacy Flooring into my home. I bought some rugs to cover most of the disaster areas & I'll purchase new flooring from a reputable store when I'm able. No more Lowe's for me. read more
