I made an appointment as a new patient to stay with the hygienist I had been going to for 3 years from another office. I drove an hour to be established with this office only to be told that they didn't have time to see me every month to clean my implants. I was told they had 3 hygienist on staff. I only require a 30 min appointment to clean my implants, Despite how busy they may or may not be, it was clear they didn't even try to accommodate me, or my concerns. Even though I had the willingness to drive that far and follow this hygienist. Very poorly handled and unprofessional. read more

This is your new favorite dentist! Dr. Welsh and the whole staff are great! They are kind, it's easy to make appointments, and they do GREAT work!! I needed an implant and have a lot of dental anxiety. I went to many different dental offices all over, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro, Franklin and Cool Springs. They all told me I needed different things done to my teeth and there was such a range of prices. I was so confused and really didn't know who to trust. I was very nervous to get an implant and they are expensive! I live in College Grove and thought I would do a little more research. I came across Dr. Welsh and thought I would give his practice a chance. Dr. told me I just need an implant and that's it. He explained everything to me, and gave me a fair price. I now have had the first part of the procedure done and I am so HAPPY. It was a great experience! Prices are fair, and they really take good care of you. I have relocated from Ohio to Nashville and have only been with one dentist my entire life and I thought he was absolutely amazing, he has since retired and I dreaded trying to find a new dentist that would mean as much to me as my prior dentist. I'm not even sure where to begin or the words to type to explain the experience I had last night during my first visit with Dr. Welsh and his Staff. I was absolutely beyond grateful for their kindness, caring, compassion and taking the pain away and putting me on a very much needed treatment plan. I have found my new Dentist (I'm a complete longevity/loyal person that doesn't like change), I immediately felt at ease (and I was extremely nervous at the start of my appointment). It was a 3 hour appointment and they never made me feel like it was inconvenient that I was there for so long, they constantly asked me if I was doing okay through my root canal/crown. They explained each step of the process (I even got to see the nerve that was causing so much pain which fascinated me and amazed me that such a small thing can cause so much pain). I'm looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work done with Dr. Welsh and his Staff (not because it's fun or enjoyable) but because I know they will take great care of me and their bedside manner is hands down, top notch. Their office is beautiful, they even have TV's on the ceiling to watch while you are having work done. They explained my after care and the do's and don'ts of what I need to do until my next appointment. I got a fantastic nights' sleep last night because the pain is gone.
