I got a hold of her mom and she said she had no idea her daughter was doing this and that she'd refund us through her CPA and said the money should be in by the next day with no hiccups. then ghosted us completely after that message and the refund was never made. till just a few days ago we got tired of trying to get a hold of them so i posted on here as well and she seen and finally texted me only because she seen the post was getting attention other people saying similar things. and she offered to refund me half of what i paid because her mom had got the money as to what she said and was saying to take the post down and she'd refund us because her business was getting ran through the ground . she ended up refunding us everything we paid and i took the post down because we kept our word unlike their business. very unprofessional so sad to see and know we we weren't then only people they have done that to their just taking peoples money and making excuses

They were not that busy at all when we came in 4 people in the lobby when we got there. The clerks take forever to process the patient to be seen. . Not "Express" at all. If he didn't need to get his DOT done we would have not came here. Now that I have came here I will NEVER EVER come here for a urgent care need or visit. She was rude to me when I mentioned I was just there for a hand XRay. The XRay itself took 5 minutes. Another time when I took my friend for her appointment, we waited over an hour & the front desk didn't communicate it with us. My friend was in so much back pain & couldn't sit comfortably in waiting room. They were rude when we asked. Then some other times we've gone, things were smooth. Again, hit & miss.

I went to Mansfield where the tech ultrasounded and kept asking Does this hurt? I never saw or spoke to the radiologist on duty. I just got a message from the cloaks lady. Radiologist said you're fine, come back in 12 months. And a letter saying the same thing. Ten months later I found the lump, had a mastectomy and chemo and require radiation. My Oncologist in Fort Worth said - I've seen the ultrasound, you should have been biopsied IMMEDIATELY. Why did they send you home? At the very least they should have had you back in a month. God intervened to save me!
