They did a great job re-surfacing my pool. Cody discussed options with me, and provided samples so that I was able to make informed decisions about the materials and colors that I wanted. He stayed in contact with to let me know about the progress and timeline, and responded quickly (and patiently) to my questions. My deck was also repaired and painted, as was the water feature in my pool. All of the crew were professional, skilled, and they were also patient with my questions about the process. After the work was completed, Legacy continued to service the pool for a few weeks, bringing it back to chemical balance and cleaning it until it was ready for use. It is not often I give a 5 star rating but Cody and his team have earned it. HIs knowledge of the Pentair pump system was impressive. I have had a few "pool guys" work on mine and they had just enough knowledge to be dangerous. There is a huge difference between a swimming pool professional and ones that really just do weekly or monthly maintenance of the water. Cody knew the system inside and out and had the necessary parts to fix a few issues in his work van. Completely prepared for what ever it took. We can't say enough good things about Legacy Pool Service and Cody Rogers. He did an amazing job restoring our pool so we could swim in it again. The previous pool guy was not doing his job and the chemicals got way out of balance. We have a salt water pool and it had 3 times the amount of salt it should have, plus the PH was also way out of wack. He went above and beyond to get it in shape. He cleaned the salt generator so it would work again, saving me $1000.00 for the cost of a new one.
