When a hotel staff goes above and beyond like this, we definitely don't forget it. We hope the woman at the operator desk on 6/20/2024, Danielle and the security desk staff and Garrick and the life guard staff at the pool get noticed and the accolades they deserve for going above and beyond for our family. I thought it would've gone away but all weekend I woke up to the blaring noises of the highway. That was so rough. 2) Small inconveniences - as where to put my toiletries in the shower, the shower style allowed for water to go everywhere, the sink leaked when the water was shut off, it just seemed not thought out at all and a lot of maintenance issues. 3) The air conditioning was on point when we came in, nice and cool. But the last day it didn't seem to work at all, barely blowing long enough so the room wasn't cooled completely. I was super hot the morning we left. 4) We felt like no one was around. They said we could purchase breakfast however no one was ever around to seat us. It was a complete ghost town. The fountain wasn't even running and a lot of lights were off all the time. Although some of the art was gorgeous and the place obviously has potential - the work should be put in before charging the insane amount to stay. Sadly, I feel cheated and I don't think I'll be coming back.

They don't seem to have enough of the life jacket vests for the super littles, which is the age that these are most commonly worn. A lot of older kids were using the super small vests which should be regulated a little better by the staff. Staff tried to make it fun when the pool had to be cleared during the safety check. No one really wanted to participate in their games but it was still a great effort by the young staff to make the time pass quicker. I appreciated the thought! We brought our own snacks and beverages to enjoy, which I highly recommend. I also recommend arriving somewhat early or there will be a wait to snag some lounge chairs.

Even though the building has been around for a while, it's kept in great shape. The ambience is clean, welcoming, and family-friendly, and it really feels like a space for the whole community. The staff has always been amazing--friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, which makes every experience that much better. One of the biggest pluses is the value. They offer so many activities at a really reasonable price, and this is definitely the place to find more discounted programs compared to elsewhere. From fitness classes and pools to kids' programs, you get so much for what you pay.
