Garrick, the life guard at the pool, went above and beyond, alongside his co-workers. They took the time to get to know our family and they even picked up what our daughter left behind. Her hot pink competitive swim fins. We were so thankful for this and for them working alongside Danielle at the security desk, to put her fins on hold for 2 weeks when we return. When a hotel staff goes above and beyond like this, we definitely don't forget it. We hope the woman at the operator desk on 6/20/2024, Danielle and the security desk staff and Garrick and the life guard staff at the pool get noticed and the accolades they deserve for going above and beyond for our family. I was so bothered…read more 1) Im certain this hotel was not full however we were placed in a room next to the noisiest elevator AND the highway noise seemed like it was in my ear every morning. I thought it would've gone away but all weekend I woke up to the blaring noises of the highway. That was so rough. 2) Small inconveniences - as where to put my toiletries in the shower, the shower style allowed for water to go everywhere, the sink leaked when the water was shut off, it just seemed not thought out at all and a lot of maintenance issues. 3) The air conditioning was on point when we came in, nice and cool. But the last day it didn't seem to work at all, barely blowing long enough so the room wasn't cooled completely. I was super hot the morning we left. 4) We felt like no one was around. They said we could purchase breakfast however no one was ever around to seat us. It was a complete ghost town. The fountain wasn't even running and a lot of lights were off all the time. Although some of the art was gorgeous and the place obviously has potential - the work should be put in before charging the insane amount to stay. Sadly, I feel cheated and I don't think I'll be coming back.

There were umbrellas on the tables, but if we wanted more shade, we'd have to go the covered area, which was far away. New: the payment area is a tent outside, at the side gate. This is cash only. This is super convenient. They put the bracelets on your wristlet. $8.00 for us three, which is pretty affordable. New: the Speaker was playing various tunes, which was nice. Aww man, the whistles; no one can be jumping on one another. Every few minutes a whistle was going off. The majority of the boys stayed in the Pool. I was half expecting to get thrown out. There are two slides, one is faster than the other one. Only little ones allowed in the Play Area. There were two breaks. They were giving out free sunscreen, which was also nice. I kept moving around, I'd be in the Pool, then I'd circulate within the group. I was hoping that it would stay overcast, but it didn't. Got really dark. It was nice to see the boys let loose, since on the field, they are all business. And to talk with the other Parents, about other things, not flag-football related.
