I remained respectful and thought perhaps I was overreacting, so I decided to give her another chance. During my second visit, I asked for a pillow to support my chest. She became visibly upset and scolded me. I was not treated kindly and felt extremely uncomfortable. She was so angry that she didn't say a single word to me for the entire hour and thirty minutes. I left feeling humiliated, and when I departed, she was very cold toward me. It was a very negative experience that left a lasting impression. I will never return to that place again.

The following statements are my personal opinions, feelings and my personal experiences. On 2 occasions I saw 2 shedding animals (a CAT that Summer claims is a "service animal" and her husky type DOG), running free in the hallway leading to treatment rooms (w/open doors to treatment rooms). Both animals were present while Summer performed my weekend laser treatment. I have noticed (during most or all of my appointments), a CAT and a dirty/hairy cat bed in the hallway only feet from treatment rooms as well. I love animals, however I personally believe this is "unsanitary, regardless of Summer's claim that the cat is a "service animal". I do not believe animals should be in or around medical treatment areas. Again, this is my personal opinion. I was charged $1500 for ONE laser treatment. I felt very displeased and mislead about my results. I feel that my results were nothing as Summer described. In addition, I experienced an allergic reaction to my skin (on my chest) that I believe was likely caused by the pet dander -due to the CAT AND DOG present in the office during my laser treatment. Summer wrote me a letter stating that SHE WOULD HAVE REFUNDED $700 "IF" I HAD NOT PUT A HOLD ON THE CREDIT CARD! I found the letter to be very unprofessional, emotional and rambling. I believe that the ethical thing would be to refund the $700 so that I could have the laser treatment redone elsewhere~ rather than withholding the refund in order to "punish" me for putting a hold on my credit card. My "personal experiences" at Innovative Health & Wellness have been HORRIBLE and I DO NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. The above statements are my experiences at this establishment and my personal opinions.

She really listened to how I wanted my hair colored (we went with a subtle balayage) and executed attentively. She was also really sweet- did a wonderful job washing my hair before the cut (it was like getting a mini head massage!), and when I checked my scalp to make sure it was clean of product (which it was!) she insisted on doing it again just in case. To top it all off, she gave me a super cute blow-out with tons of bounce and volume. And her pricing is very reasonable compared to other local stylists.
