Really happy we went with Aquatic Pools and Landscape. The pool turned out absolutely beautiful! Better than we even imagined honestly. We originally wanted a blue pool but they had this white one in stock and now I can't imagine having anything but this sparkly white pool! Everyone that sees it thinks it's incredible. It glistens! Our backyard is a whole different place now, as you can see from the photos. In addition, I could't imagine doing anything but travertine decking. It just looks incredible and should hopefully the last the test of time. The whole process was very professional. They actually showed us a mockup of our house, which was a nice touch. We originally were going to do a spa/pool combo but settled on just the pool to keep things cost effective. They also drove us to show a sample of one of their pools. The only thing I would have done differently in hindsight is to get everything planned out way before construction. I don't blame that on them, we just didn't have a clear vision for what we wanted to do with the rest of the yard and had a strict budget. You will want to know what you want to do with the whole space, not just the pool. Everything worked out fine but going into it without all those details planned is what made things feel a bit rushed at times. Take your time on the whole project and the experience will probably be a lot smoother with less last minute decision making. We were just so focused on the pool we forgot about everything else lol. As far as pricing goes, I got quotes from three other companies. There was a lot of variation in what they wanted to do, the lowest quote, for example, included a concrete pool deck which wasn't what we wanted at all. The quotes were all within about 15% of each other, but Aquatic was only a month out versus the 6-8 months the others quoted. That alone made the decision pretty easy. read more

In October of 2024, we saw an ad for Aquatic Pools and met with Mike Gonzalez at our house. Mike did some measurements and we drove over to the office. We looked at the pool they had on site, met with Sam and a few other representatives. They took our measurements and ideas and put them into the computer and we saw the plan on a tv in the office. We signed and just before Thanksgiving they broke ground. Not gonna lie, it looked like a bomb went off... but by February we had a beautiful pool, with deck jets, waterfall, new patio cover and huge deck! We love it!! We can now enjoy our pool and backyard. Staff were very responsive to our needs, concerns and questions. It's now almost September and staff continues to assist us immediately. I spoke to Angela about purchasing a new above ground hot tub. I asked her a few questions which she was somewhat helpful but some things appear to be beyond her knowledge. She recommended that her sales manager contact me. She said he would contact me in about 20 minutes well that's been now over a day ago. This is exactly the kind of thing I was worried about. Think about it if a pool or hot tub company fails to call you back before you buy an item think how they will treat you after you purchase something if you have a warranty issue etc. there are lots of different hot tub companies in the area and of course Las Vegas/Henderson is only a little over an hour away. Which I'm sure they would love my business and any other perspective buyers. It will be interesting to see if I receive any feedback on this post. This is the kind of stuff that must drive owners crazy when they have employees and not just an employee a sales manager fails to respond. read more

Brian and his crew were here less than two years ago. Needless to say our pool was a total mess. They drained, cleaned & acid washed our pool for an excessive & whopping $4,000.00 dollars!! Prior to completion they advised us... we had to completely replace the pool filter system. So we ordered the new system online for $998.00 and it arrived a few days later. Utilized Aquatic for my backyard landscape, including pool and spa for a new build home in BHC. The entire team was A+, Sam in sales who always gives 100%--worked with my HOA for all of the permits, coordinated with the city, provided detailed work back schedules and estimates. Sam sent me upfront pricing, providing me with weekly on-site updates--important as I'm not local. The construction teams are courteous, on-time and do excellent work. Amazing craftsmanship on the block, concrete stain, and tile. Equipment install went really well, Aquatic offers a host of options--get a chiller for your pool, you'll need it in the Tri-State when it gets 118 degrees. There were some delays, due to COVID-19, weather and product availability. Aquatic did an excellent job of being honest along the way so our expectations were aligned on both sides. Lastly, the office staff--Tonya and the folks on the service team, who I've hired to keep my pool looking awesome as the day it was finished, provide competitive pricing and excellent customer service as well. Started my project in October and was suppose to be done by March. Didn't get done until July 1st. It came down that they had to many projects going on at the same time. I understand their crews were stretched thin but hopefully they learn from this. I know they brought on new project managers that came through and made things happen and were able to get my pool done. During the process they had to come back and fix some concrete issues a few times but in the end came through. The final product turned out beautiful and appreciate the constant communication. We hired Aquatic because they were the only pool contractor in our area. They not only lied to us, but it took them 6 months to finish our pool! I had 3 ft deep open trenches around my house for over 1 month and I begged them to at least put plywood over them, but they did not. My 13 year old dog fell in and because of the trauma, 2 weeks later I had to put her down. The owner of the company is a smart ass, condescending and arrogant man. He doesn't care about the customer. He will lie just to get you off his back. If you put too much pressure on him, he tells you he has other jobs he needs to get done so he'll bring in an outside sub contractor to do the work. He did this to us with the decking! I told him I didnt want "cracks" in the decking but he insisted it would look better. Now those cracks are spreading and very rough on your feet. I am afraid I am going to have to replace the decking within a year. Aquatic is a 2nd rate company. Unfortunately they are the only pool company in the area. Absolutely love our pool. Aquatics transformed our backyard from an unusable space to an amazing hangout for our family. In addition to the pool, we had landscaping and stonework done. Casey was our main guy, and he made sure everything was done to my satisfaction (I'm a little OCD.) They are a family-oriented business with lots of integrity. Everyone we worked with was very professional and very kind. By the way, the lighting package is amazing. We love our pool by day and even more at night. We hired Aquatic Pools to put in a swimming pool, for us. In September of 2021, we signed a contract. 15 weeks before they would begin and in 16 weeks our pool would be complete. However, they put approximately at the end of the sentence. We fought tooth and nail to get them out here to start the project. They would do just enough to appease us, then we would begin fighting again to get to the next step. Nothing was ever on time. We were snowbirds, and stayed as long as we could before leaving to go to our summer home. Our son stayed at our house in Mesquite Creek, to oversee the project. We didn't get the project finished, until November 2022. It was always hurry up and wait, and we were always "on a list". Thank goodness it's done, and it's beautiful. Please think twice about hiring Aquatic Pools! Unless you have unlimited time to sit and wait. And be put on a list that we aren't sure even existed. read more

Great Service. I highly recommend Aquatic Pools. They did a great job fixing a serious problem with flooding caused by my pool. Dana and John came out the same afternoon that I called them and quickly diagnosed the problem. They said that John, a senior tech, would come back in the morning with the parts and equipment to repair the system. The next morning, John was there at 5:00am and promptly made the necessary changes in equipment. The pool now works better than it did before. I had aquatic pools come and give me a estimate on redoing our cool deck which is relatively small with a side pad which came is VERY expensive. I called to ask if they could just do around the pool and was told that the price they quoted was their minimum ($2300). They are close to the only game in town. I called and gave them $1000 down and they were to call and set a time to come and do the work. More than a week passed from the day they were to call. During that time medical issues came up so I called them back to get my money back, for medical bills, and they told me there would be a bank fee but the refund would show up in my account in a couple of days. Again a week passed until they called me again to say they were going to keep a $100 for "bank fees". Having had a business I know that this is not true. I do not recommend these people to anyone!!! They are very expensive and do not keep their word. It's been a week past when they said the money would be returned and I still don't have it. read more
