This past Tue I received a text at 11:00 AM telling me they were on their way... they didn't show up on Tues or Wed, I have 4 video cameras around my house and none of them showed their truck at any time? So I just called, today is Thursday, and was told that the leaves were still too green to do the service? ‍ first of all how would they know since I have no indication they even came by the house, second, there is one huge tree over my house that is completely yellow, orange, etc.. so I asked the lady why they didn't inform me as a follow up to them telling me that they were on their way? She said "sorry it's really a busy time. It's hard to get back to people"?? to which I replied "well I'm paying for a service, I'm told they are on their way, they don't show up for 2 days and nobody informs me as to what's going on??" Again. She apologized and said it's difficult to get back to people to let them now?? maybe I'm too busy to pay my bill and I should cancel the service?

Very difficult for business accounts. Even the new member application is for an individual; there…read moreis no separate form for a business account so the manager had to "fudge" several of the fields for us - that's not a big deal, but it felt awfully kludgy. It took more than a week (and two separate copies of a corp resolution) to get an account opened. The fee schedule is a bit out of hand; some of the fees are wild at best and extortionate at worst. Our biggest issue, however, is the length of time for a check to clear. If you deposit a check at this place, I hope you don't need it for a few days. It's 2015 and there is no excuse for a financial institution to take this long on processing checks. Sure, *some* (just some) of your money will be available the next day. But, unfortunately, that's just not competitive in business banking here in the real world, where most banks have ALL money available the next business day. The staff at my local branch has been helpful and always friendly, albeit relatively clueless when it comes to business accounts. But you can't blame them for that, I suppose they just aren't used to seeing this type of account all that often. But you would expect at least the managers to be trained for this sort of thing? This is probably a good CU for an individual, but it just doesn't compete with any (literally ANY) other CU or bank in the area for business accounts.
