The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! So we were pleased with the buying experience to start. Next came the installation, which was on time and professionally done. They subcontracted a plumber to do the work and they noticed a small leak under our kitchen sink while they were here. They fixed that for us at no charge. Next came a problem, and the real reason I felt inclined to write a review. Something was wrong with the control panel in the new dishwasher and the valve to let in the water would not open. They sent out a technician later in the day to confirm the issue. So we were left with a non functioning machine and we're naturally nervous about when this could be resolved. When we called Dracut, they said they would see what they could do. They called us back ten minutes later and told us that the model we ordered would not come in again for a while but they would get us the better, more expensive model installed in two days at no extra cost to us. Now we have a fully functioning and quiet machine and are extremely happy with the service Dracut provided. We understand that issues like this happen that are out of their control, but they recognized the urgency and fixed the problem without any real pushing from us. We would definitely recommend this business!!

We reached out to GSP for their prices and got so much more. Our contact there is Dan Nolan (who we internally refer to as "Dan the Man" - I hope he sees this). He checks in REGULARLY, makes sure we have everything we need and more, and is maybe one of the funniest people I have ever spoken to. Quick example: we needed specific samples for our cafe and after a long conversation with Dan, he not only sent the samples but SO MANY other amazing products I didn't even know they carried based on our conversation and the specific needs he picked up on. Honestly, don't waste your time with the other ones - go straight to Good Start Packaging (and get Dan if you can) but I'm sure everyone else is great.

She was extremely helpful in switching our auto insurance and also trying to save us money on our homeowners insurance. As life would have it, only a few months into our new insurance, my wife and I were awoken by the police at 2am. Someone had drunkenly backed down our street and scrapped up the side of one of our cars (along with at least one other on the street). One of our neighbors had seen the entire incident and called the police. The officer took our information and said he'd have a report for us in a few days. When we finally got the police report, almost all the information for the drunk driver and witness was blacked out. I tried dealing with a claim through our insurance, and they were LESS than helpful. Out of frustration I spoke with Amanda about the situation, and she said she'd see what she could do. OH MAN DID SHE GET IT DONE!! Amanda called the police department and asked for the driver's information and insurance company. Their reply? "This is America . . . [they should have their own insurance], you need to protect your belongings." Absolutely despicable (yes, that officer is DEFINITELY getting reported). Through her own time and research, Amanda eventually found out the other driver HAD THE SAME AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY I DID! The insurance company didn't even check their own system for the other guy's insurance. Amanda was cool, calm, and collected through the entire process, and I KNOW I wouldn't have been able to deal with any of this without her. Amanda - you're an all star, and I'm absolutely telling everyone they need to go through you to get their insurance needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
