I told him about my nightmare experience, he was shocked and promised only the best service. He looked at my ring very thoroughly through the loop to be sure my prongs were in tact and promised my ring would be ready by Monday. This was perfectly reasonable given that this was Friday around 2-3pm. I was pleasantly surprised when just a few hours later I received a text letting me know my ring was done.
