I don't know if they discriminate or what since I have rims on my car and I'm brown but I pulled up and was ignored initially. Someone else came from the back and asked what I needed and I said I just needed the bulb replaced in my headlight. I already bought the bulb. The man who ignored me all of a sudden was able to talk to me now and said it would be 3 hours of work and cost $360. Even the man who came to help me asked him "just for the bulb?". We were all confused. Rude and possibly racist. **update just got my bulb put in for free and it took 30 minutes only because I had to wait for them to finish up another client. read more

I took my truck to get my ECM reset due to a fuel issue caused by me. Chuck reset it as a courtesy and also spent about half an hour going over other critical engine parameters to make sure the truck was running good. This is a good and honest local shop. I will be back for sure. read more

Beware of this company in Rowlett, Texas. It's worth the drive to another city to get your car serviced and not trust this company. Chuck, the owner, has "fixed" our vehicle; however, as a customer, I now fear that he may have sabotaged my vehicle due to his racist antics this morning. Right before COVID affected my health, I used Creekside and had a balance of $400 left to pay him for previous work. COVID took my ability to work in my field. I have been disabled since being afflicted with immobility. We would make payments, with Chuck's approval, to the company for past work. On Friday, my daughter, who now has the car in her possession, trusted Creekside as our automotive provider to fix a check engine light. This morning, we called to get the current balance for our vehicle and was attacked over the phone by Chuck. He refused to release our car without the payment that he had agreed on us to make in payments. He stated he would not release the car without all the money being paid in full. I asked him why did he fix something currently if he was going to be so inconsiderate about the prior balance. He begins to scream into the phone and be unprofessional. He used derogatory comments which had absolutely nothing to do with the current situation. Now, my daughter is afraid to drive the car he has "serviced" in fear that he may have sabotaged the automobile and made it unsafe. He accused my daughter of falsely stating she was me and misrepresenting herself. We called him a racist because of his accusations that were totally unexpected and undeserved. We fear he has done something to her car that can be a danger to her. She is a young adult. Please community, be cautious of trusting this company. read more

I brought my car in because of a coolant leak. Estimate was over $800 to replace a thermostat and housing, it was expensive because "it was hard to get to". Fine, it's fixed, I take it home and four days later my wife says she saw leakage on the garage floor when I pulled out of the garage. Also I find scratches all over my fender where they were working. I take it back, they're going to order paint and they'll call when it comes in and the system need to be pressure tested to determine the problem. After not hearing from them for two weeks, I take it back, have it tested, and they say , it's a different problem also, very expensive to fix, and no paint yet. It's just coincidental that a new leak appears right after they work on it.No warranty as promised, "your out of luck". Still leaks, I'm out $800, and my fender is still scratched. If you are looking for a great place to take your car with knowledgeable and honest staff, then THIS is the place! Creekside was recommended to my son from a friend who takes his car there. Now Gary is the only mechanic he goes to. He is also the only mechanic our whole family will use. Gary is an honest, good mechanic. This is rare to find in the auto repair world. My daughter was being quoted $1700 from a Volkswagen repair shop to get her car running. We quickly took it out of there and I told her to use Gary.
