Got the president package - where I paid $600 up front and was told I will never be increased - that was not true I am increased every year and do not know where the $$ are going - I jointe as it was a gym that used to be 24/7 and now after covid they never went back to 24/7 - weekend need to open earlier than 6am - That is why many people joined . No excuses for not being 24/7 . Also the gym is filthy nothing is cleaned and when you go in the morning it is a total mess - Weights , plates , mats etc are all over the place. They redid the place within the past 2 years but you would never know it by the way it looks. Very sad I hope the new gym that is opening up where LA Fitness is decent as I need to try something else after all these years. I started writing this with giving you 2 stars but realized you do not deserve 2 starts. Also your replys to all the reviews is Automated BS .
