So my wife called back and no one picked up. They eventually told us where to go for the pick up. Although they said someone would come within 10-15 minutes, the van didn't come for 23 minutes. The van had no outside markings (plain white) older van. The step to climb up into the van was broken (see photo) so it was quite difficult for my wife to climb in and out. The driver was nice, but the telephone service was poor, the wait excessive, and the van was damaged.

We valeted our car in front of the gallery, saw the show and then decided to walk down to Halls Art, Ellie's for a glass of wine. We returned to the gallery at 9:30, our car was out front, open but no keys anywhere, nor any message about how to retrieve our keys. After searching, along with kind police officers, we then Ubered to our home to retrieve an extra key, then Ubered back to get our car. I called the service on Sunday, but they were closed and was not able to get in touch with them until Monday. They said they had left our keys with the owner of the gallery who then met me to hand them to me. My issue is that the valet was on a very busy entertainment street and they did not tell us that we needed to get our car by 8:30, nor did they have a sign that let us know that we had to pick up by 8:30, and no message as to where we could get our keys. Not only was it a $50.00 round trip Uber, but a very stressful situation that was handled very unprofessionally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING Pinky's Valet Parking Service.

The bag can't be over 25 pounds. The bag has to fit in the container. That container only holds 1 MAYBE tall kitchen bag. They don't pick up boxes even though they have been broken down. I have called my apt complex office here in Plano, TX and said basically too bad so sad. I am not going to have to pay for a service that does a sloppy or nonexistence service and expect me to take the rest of the trash to the slot ourselves. The slot is a long way from the apartments. My husband and I received furniture which was all in boxes, after removing our furniture, we walked the boxes to the trash bin. After placing all of our trash in the bin, we were confronted by the trash guy. He was yelling at us saying our garbage should not be placed in the garbage bin. My husband told him, that we were told this is where the boxes go. He stated the boxes do not go in this particular bin and pointed us to throw our trash in another place, which we did not see. We explained to him what was told and how we were told to pack the garbage and that we've done everything as we were supposed to. The gentlemen started to get frustrated, so we walked away, to avoid a confrontation. As we were walking he started following us, saying that he would drop the boxes back off in front of our door. We told him that we would be reporting him, because of the problem and the way he was speaking to us and he stated that he was a contractor and that he was his own boss. I explained to him that we pay the company monthly to pick up trash and that he wasn't doing his job. He said that his job is to make sure we place our garbage in the proper area or he would ticket us. I asked him how could he ticket us if he didn't know where we lived. He explained that he has been working the property for 2 years and that he knows everyone. The reason I bring this up is that several times now, we've packed our garbage as we were told to do and he has busted open trash while picking it up and left it all in front of our door. I have included pictures of 3 separate times, we've gone out and seen trash scattered in front of our door even though we pack our garbage the proper way. We also explained this to the trash guy and he said he's never done this. Anyhow after we left we witnessed him dumping every single bag and box of garbage out on the lawn. We were not able to catch a video of him in the process, but we have photos of the dumping after he left. Not only did he dump the boxes that we placed into the garbage bin, but he dumped everything onto the lawn. We picked up the boxes and asked a gentleman outside if he knew where the "proper area" was to dump the trash and he showed us. We've placed the boxes in the correct area, and now know where the proper area is to dump the boxes. I am writing because we are super upset with how the way the trash guy handled the situation. Not only was he threatening and unhelpful, but he blatantly said that he did not care about "this part-time job." We pay a valet garbage service every month, to only be constantly surprised by what we'll find when we open our door.

I can't say enough about the customer service we received from Fabian, our driver. He was very professional and polite. He promptly drove us to the airport and picked us up when our flight arrived, even after we had to change flights home. Also, our flight out was very early, so we arrived at 4am, so if you're wondering if this service will work for you on early flights, it will. We also received emails informing us of who our driver was, when they parked our car after we were dropped off and an email on how to contact them when our flight landed on our return trip back. I read the review of the lady that gave them 1 star and all I have to say to that reviewer is the purpose of this service is for them to drop you off and pick you up in your own vehicle and no one cares that you drive a BMW. My wife calls two days before my flight to ensure we are scheduled, an Indian lady with hard English answers and tells us all is good. We are booked, set, paid and ready to go. I arrive at the address given, and I start to question my safety because the place looks dangerous. The office is closed, no sign, nothing, so I called the number outside the door. A Mexican lady answers my call and informs me that DFW location had closed for business. I wanted to argue but I had 2 hours to get to the Airport. My wife calls and starts a complaint that why did they not told us that they had closed and why are they still booking orders? The lady on the other end tells my wife to call Groupon and done. WTF!! Zero fucks were given about my problem. Thank go Park N FLy is few a miles away from this shit hole place. I tell you, wanna get a surprise of your life drive to their office. You'd be lucky it doesn't get broken in or use. Moral of the story don't do business with these A holes
