Total waste of time. I was looking for a quote on some storefront doors. All the other companies sent someone right out to take measurements, these guys did not. So I took pictures and measurements for them and furnished the specifications. After several phone calls over the next 10 days for a quote, they never had one for me. On the last call to them, they said they would call me right back. We'll..... it's been a few days now and I'm still waiting. I recently (one month ago) had a custom glass table top made for our midcentury Danish coffee table. It was approximately 60" long and 20" wide, with curved edges so it was of utmost importance that it be cut and polished accurately and with great precision. We have young kids in our home and I knew I wanted to protect our table from water stains, Sharpie markers, melting ice, etc. :) The price I paid at TT Glass & Windows was extremely reasonable and competitive- LESS THAN HALF the price of what I was quoted at another nearby glass company. The lady who helped me at TT G&W (I think her name was Maylynn) was also friendly and helpful. I believe I went with a 1/4" clear glass, and we couldn't be more pleased. It was ready in 1 week and it fit perfectly. Since it was a custom-made piece, I traced the pattern onto a piece of butcher paper and brought that into the store. They had it cut exact, and polished the sides. Maylynn even carried it to my car when it was complete. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to create a custom glass table top. :) read more

Requested a quote for a window repair was told they would get back to me after I sent over dimensions and a picture. I called for an update was pushed out again for another day. Never got a call back the next day so I went with another service. If your too busy or unwilling to do a job just communicate that with the customer. In regards to your comment below... I never received a call back with an actual quote. I was given a rough estimate and told once I provided actual measurements I would get a quote. I was never informed of a price then claimed that it was out of my budget. The call never came!! I waited three days on a quote!! I called a different company they sent someone down the same day took the measurements themselves gave me a quote and had the window installed the next morning. It's a small family business that they truly care their customers. I accidentally cracked my mirror closet door awhile back (I know it sounds stupid). Just so happen that I could use a mini-van for a couple days, so I brought my 7 feet tall closet door for a quote. The price is fair and they estimate 2-3 days repairment. Once I mentioned I won't have the van with me by then, they immediately promised and expedited it to next day, so I can use my van and bring it home. Not only were they 3 hours late to the scheduled appointment, but they didnt even provide a courtesy to call to let my sil know they were running late. My sil called them a few times during the 3 hr wait and they kept saying they were in their way. When they did arrive they didnt seem that apologetic. Then my sil wanted to order a towel bar on the outside glass shower door. They neglected to mention to her the door wouldn't open fully w/ the towel bar. For professionals, I would expect then to warn their customers of this fact. My bro and sil still had to pay for the bar and now they have a towel bar on the inside of their shower door. While others were brash to deal with, these guys were professional and not pushy. They were so professional. I was getting ready to put my home on the market and was moving down to Southern California in a couple of days.
