Upon completion, with all the mess in my garage, I noticed one box wasn't shredded and called them to ask if they could return to do this one box. Since they already left the area they said they couldn't that day but would do it the following Tuesday when back in Greenwich. On-Site makes shredding so simple. I have a small shredder in my home office but it is a mess emptying it. Now, I put all of my papers in the container supplied by On-Site and they come with their truck and shred it right in front of you. My small shredder could not really handle big files, old tax returns, etc. but the truck can handle huge volumes of papers. Great service. read more
