Took my RV in to have them install a Hott Rod conversion kit on my water heater. Not sure where they buy their parts, but they charged me $203.95 for the kit, which you can buy the same kit on Amazon for $102.44, and Camping World sells it for $113.29. This is only the beginning with this company, because when we went to pick up our RV, the employee showed us the work that he performed and we noticed that someone ransacked the whole inside, and there were lots of items missing. Asked the employee when this happened and he said it was like that when he started the work on it, which was 7 days after we dropped it off, because they had to order the part. We went back into the office and spoke to the manager Daniel, and he came out to our RV like nothing had happened, and both him and the other employee were both oblivious that it was ransacked. REALLY, the manager asked if we have insurance, and said you must have left a window unlocked, and went around the RV on the other side and sides the window open. WRONG, I do a precheck whenever we go out with our RV, and one on my list is to check the windows to make sure they are closed and locked. Which they were locked when we dropped it off. Later that day I called and spoke to Daniel to see if they checked their video surveillance and if any other RVs were broken into. He said that he did not see anything in their video surveillance. I filed a police report and went to the sheriff department and spoke with officer Mayor on the issue, and she gave me a card to give to the manager, Daniel, because they wanted copies of their video surveillance. Went back 11 days later and asked Daniel if he had sent over the video surveillance to the sheriff department and for the name of the officer, he sent it to. His response was I called them and told them he did not have any video surveillance for them and does not remember whom he spoke to. WOW, so he lied to the sheriff department. Something is very suspicious with this whole thing, and they sure showed a lot of red flags to me. How can they be so oblivious and dishonest to their customers, for the condition inside my RV by not saying anything when they called me to let me know the work was done, nor did they say anything when we arrived and went into the office to pay the bill. WOW REALLY! CONS: Suspicious, Over Pricing on Parts, Dishonest, Theft and Security Issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE.

Tim came to our home, removed our old awning, and installed the new one we had purchased from Amazon--all in about two hours! His workmanship was excellent, and he was professional, personable, and efficient. Although we bought our replacement awning on Amazon due to a tight timeline, Andrea and Tim also offer replacement awnings and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. I got a call from Andrea the next day and she informed me that she had done some calling around and found out that Camping World had my awning in stock and there were no shipping costs involved. They would even go pick it up. I decided to go get it myself. Tim installed it yesterday and it looks great. He is very quality oriented and does a great job. Pros: the work looks great and for a amazing cost…read more Cons: poor information transfer, they didn't attach my windshield tubing lines to my new hood which I had to fix myself. Lastly I was told my hood latch was non repairable. The cable just wasn't attached properly and I fixed it in 15 minutes I was in a accident with my Japanese Kei car and K&D were able to fix it right up. Overall they did a great job but customer service from the front end wasn't useful. I was often just told by the receptionist to just call back and talk to the owner and she often had no knowledge of what was going on. The work done looks great and the owner was able to give me a severe discount which I greatly appreciate.
