While getting warranty work and some new low point drains; I mentioned that I could not find my awning rod... I asked them to look around the shop because I thought it might have been there. Thats all I did.... they bought one for me and put it in the motorhome. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

RVER's BEWARE WITH GOOD GUYS RV REPAIR IN PUYALLUP, WA I do…read morenot like posting bad reviews, but I must warn others about this company. Took my RV in to have them install a Hott Rod conversion kit on my water heater. Not sure where they buy their parts, but they charged me $203.95 for the kit, which you can buy the same kit on Amazon for $102.44, and Camping World sells it for $113.29. This is only the beginning with this company, because when we went to pick up our RV, the employee showed us the work that he performed and we noticed that someone ransacked the whole inside, and there were lots of items missing. Asked the employee when this happened and he said it was like that when he started the work on it, which was 7 days after we dropped it off, because they had to order the part. We went back into the office and spoke to the manager Daniel, and he came out to our RV like nothing had happened, and both him and the other employee were both oblivious that it was ransacked. REALLY, the manager asked if we have insurance, and said you must have left a window unlocked, and went around the RV on the other side and sides the window open. WRONG, I do a precheck whenever we go out with our RV, and one on my list is to check the windows to make sure they are closed and locked. Which they were locked when we dropped it off. Later that day I called and spoke to Daniel to see if they checked their video surveillance and if any other RVs were broken into. He said that he did not see anything in their video surveillance. I filed a police report and went to the sheriff department and spoke with officer Mayor on the issue, and she gave me a card to give to the manager, Daniel, because they wanted copies of their video surveillance. Went back 11 days later and asked Daniel if he had sent over the video surveillance to the sheriff department and for the name of the officer, he sent it to. His response was I called them and told them he did not have any video surveillance for them and does not remember whom he spoke to. WOW, so he lied to the sheriff department. Something is very suspicious with this whole thing, and they sure showed a lot of red flags to me. How can they be so oblivious and dishonest to their customers, for the condition inside my RV by not saying anything when they called me to let me know the work was done, nor did they say anything when we arrived and went into the office to pay the bill. WOW REALLY! CONS: Suspicious, Over Pricing on Parts, Dishonest, Theft and Security Issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE.

Andrea quoted me the price of the awning which was quite pricey due to shipping costs. I wanted it done so I okayed the project. I got a call from Andrea the next day and she informed me that she had done some calling around and found out that Camping World had my awning in stock and there were no shipping costs involved. They would even go pick it up. I decided to go get it myself. Tim installed it yesterday and it looks great. He is very quality oriented and does a great job. They go out their way to satisfy their customers. I will be using them in the future and I highly recommend them.

Andrea was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made scheduling the appointment quick and easy. Tim came to our home, removed our old awning, and installed the new one we had purchased from Amazon--all in about two hours! His workmanship was excellent, and he was professional, personable, and efficient. Although we bought our replacement awning on Amazon due to a tight timeline, Andrea and Tim also offer replacement awnings and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. We were so impressed with their service that they'll be our first call for any future repairs or upgrades to our travel trailer. Highly recommend!

Lastly I was told my hood latch was non repairable. The cable just wasn't attached properly and I fixed it in 15 minutes I was in a accident with my Japanese Kei car and K&D were able to fix it right up. Overall they did a great job but customer service from the front end wasn't useful. I was often just told by the receptionist to just call back and talk to the owner and she often had no knowledge of what was going on. The work done looks great and the owner was able to give me a severe discount which I greatly appreciate.

We were on vacation traveling through Kent Washington when a truck took off the front right side of…read moreour 40 foot Class A motorhome. We weren't hurt, but our stairs and front right side of the Motorhome we're gone. Our insurance company recommended three companies that could do this kind of detailed, large repair. We interviewed all three companies and got the right feeling from K&D Autowerks and their sister company Infinity Motorhome. Let me start out by saying that this 12-year-old Motorhome was $500,000 new. So we were looking for detailed work to restore our home to excellent working order. I didn't see any way that this repair could be accomplished to be as good as new. Part of the motorhome was gone. Before the accident, we had our motorhome at Orange County Recreation Vehicles in Southern California for $62,000 worth of repairs and upgrades. You can check out our one star review of this business if you're interested. We live in the motorhome and everything they did had one problem or another and we were very disappointed. I mention this so that the context of my 5 Star review can be appreciated. Not only is the motorhome as good as before, it's much better. Kevin helped us work with the insurance companies and got everything back to better than new. All the storage bay doors and seams are straighter than before. Everything they touched is perfect. He even made recommendations about items that might enhance the livability of our home like new LED lights inside and out, a new stronger LED porch light, etc. The biggest task he accomplished was repainting the entire Motorhome. We had bought this repo which sat in the Arizona desert for years. As a result, the underlying fiberglass shell had cracked throughout. Half of the motorhome is black, and it was more cracked looking than alligator skin. 0CRV told us that there was nothing we could do except live with the paint because it was too bad. Kevin started grinding and determined that it was the worst shape of any thing he had ever painted. But that did not deter him. He contacted Motorhome manufacturers And boat manufacturers to see if there was anything that could be done. He found out about a Kevlar membrane that could be installed, but would entail Innumerable Hours of work. Basically he would need to epoxy The entire Motorhome, then sand this concrete like epoxy, then install the Kevlar membrane, then re-Epoxy and sand the entire Motorhome. He actually had to hire additional employees because of the additional work. Although it took a little longer than we anticipated to get our home back, the results were worth it. Our Motorhome looks brand new and is much better than when we took it to K&D Autowerks. Thank you so much Kevin for the innumerable hours and patience needed to make our motorhome our home again.
