Describing this as a cosigner/seller, not buyer. Can't describe how disappointing the whole experience was. Listed my trailer on FB marketplace, then a few days later they reached out to me asking if I was willing to consign with them. I thought hey, I get a little less but they will take care of everything. They would say things like "Airstreams sell so fast, it'll be gone in a hurry". So I go under contract with them. They were nice, process was straightforward. They asked if I wanted to pay to wash my trailer which I thought was a little odd since they would make money on it. I turned it down, no biggie on that. They list it for wayyyy too much money, which was a bit of a shock, but sure, they are the experts so I'll let them go with it. Weeks go by, I call for updates and they say "oh, this upcoming March show, people will get excited and I'm sure it will sell. Nope. I call leading up to the end of my contract saying I want to get my trailer back, they said I would have to pay a fee if I wanted to get it early. So I wait 90 days. Here is the part I get upset about. The trailer is absolutely dead. Power completely drained. I signed with them in February, so we had some cold snaps. I told them I didn't winterize it, but my propane was topped off, so I figure they would have their inventory plugged in on cold days to prevent freezing. Nope. I got my trailer back in worse condition. Faucets popped, water filters cracked from freezing. When I finally took my Airstream home and got it plugged in, the furnace fired on. So they just turn on the furnace of a trailer, don't touch it for probably months, and assume everything will be fine? So I am here, fixed some stuff, and needing to go to the hardware store and replace a shower head and a sink faucet. That means they didn't even bother plugging it in and having power to it for months, or they would have caught these things that occurred under their watch. I should have just kept it here where I know I take care of it, keep it powered and heated. I probably would have sold it by now. I already listed it for a reasonable price and got a ton of interest. read more

Puyallup RV had a perfect used Winnebago 5th Wheel to replace our damaged 2010 Komfort model. Not only did we get a fair price they were careful to correct issues found during their 42-point inspection and several that were above and beyond what was required. I thought long and hard about this before I did it my husband and I purchased an RV for $29,000 we were honest we told them we were going to be living in it and we were moving to the Tri-Cities needless to say the breakers keep flipping can't get the trailer to cool about 10 days after we were in it a piece of black plastic was hanging I told my husband you know should that be hanging he went over proceeded to look underneath the trailer and I wish I could post pictures it's cut in five different places with no insulation no covering but a black trash bag when I called to tell them to send pictures the salesman said wow The Tech Guy informed us that he thought we were aware and I basically told them there's either two issues here one we know we're selling and screwing people or two were not really inspecting trailers either way we have a problem. The tech informed me that's not part of their inspection sheet I've gotten three trailers from Baydos my regret is dealing with this RV place and not going back to somebody that has honest and has never done us wrong rrvs underneath is completely cut out in four places all the way down you see the plywood where the floor is oh did I mention I put $10,000 down I could have went anywhere and bought a trailer buy your own risk no matter how nice they are and they are nice people in that office read more

Be ware!!!! Lisa, the Consignment Lady will promise you that they will be able to sell your RV in 30 days or less. We had our Travel Trailer in on consignment with them. No one ever gave us an update on any offers. It was promised to us that they will show the trailer at one of the RV shows, it wasn't. When we finally picked up our trailer, it was damaged. We finally sold it two weeks later for what we had wanted. read more

Three stars is way to good for this business. It should be like 1.5/2 star's maybe. Bought a 5th wheel toy hauler. Got ripped off real bad from the people who work there. Roof was bad problems everywhere. I told them I was a first time buyer of a rv. Total mistake on my part. But not disclosing the problems when they complete went through the unit before they were selling it. Anyways be very careful about getting any kind of Camping unit from them. I've waited two months to post this review as I did not want to rush to judgment. I had a problem with my generator/carburetor and decided to schedule a service/repair with Puyallup RV. I figured I would go ahead and have my wheelbearings repacked at the same time. I scheduled an appointment for two weeks in advance and was told to bring my RV at 10 AM on Friday. Upon my arrival the staff was friendly and I felt good about my decision to have them work on my RV. When I asked what time I should come back to pick it up i was told that it wouldn't be until Monday or Tuesday. By Thursday I called to check on the status and was told they had not yet gotten to my trailer. The following Monday I was told that the carburetor could not be fixed and would require a new one at a cost of over $400 in addition to what I paid for "diagnosing the issue". I was told that the bearings would be repacked and they would get more information/specifics about the carburetor and call me with an update. After another week of not hearing anything I again called and left a message wanting to know the status of my trailer. I had decided not to proceed with the carburetor at this point. I just wanted my trailer back and felt that I was getting the runaround. After just over three weeks I expressed my displeasure with their service and let them know I would be in to pick up my trailer whether it was repaired or not. They said they needed another day as one of the bearings had bent during the repacking process and required an entirely new set. In the end, I paid $150 per axle plus another $30 for bearings and $129 to diagnose my carburetor issue. After getting my trailer back it was quite obvious that my carburetor had never been manipulated or even inspected. I called Onan and was able to get a rebuild kit for $32 and fix the issue on my own within about 45 minutes. (A rubber plunger had stuck and gas flow wouldn't stop when bowl was full). In summary, I am not sure why I needed to schedule an appointment for something that wouldn't be done in days let alone weeks. Secondly, I wasted $129 to have my carburetor diagnosed and was incorrectly told that a rebuild kit was not available. Nice guys, but be prepared for a run around, extended repair time, and the need for spending $$$. Although I could've done the wheelbearings and carburetor on my own initially, I felt I didn't have the time and would let professionals handle it. Could've saved over $400 and just done it myself. read more

This review is for the Service Dept., which is located on Canyon Rd in Puyallup. I took my travel trailer in for some repairs and maintenance, and David was great to work with! He kept me updated on work progress and had my work done in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and they met all of my expectations for good service and workmanship. i wish you could give zero stars, consigned my camper here, absolutely zero communication, I understand it's a business and they have to make money but listing my camper for more than double the suggested retail price is greedy. I told them they would scare potential buyers away with such a high price and it would never sell, I got tired of it sitting on the lot not under cover so I mad an appointment to break my contract and pay them there fee to pick it up and sell it myself, amazingly enough they removed the price from there website and had a potential buyer the next day. I should not have to make threats to get the salesmen off there butts and sell the dang thing. They then promised me my payment on a certain day, that day came and I didnt hear from them again... surprise surprise. I gave them 3 more days before contacting them again, they told me that they didn't have a check ready so I threatened to come get it with a police escort and hung up the phone, 1 minute later they called and said come get your check. Inept. Tried covering up issues with different parts and forgot or lied about when parts were ordered. Took about a month before we took possession of the rv then had to take it back again. And even though the thermocouple was supposedly replaced the one in the oven is bad. Then we ended up finding dead mice under the bed and sink, nasty! And there was a leak in bathroom skylight, and they didnt clean the awning as promised. Even though we were assured it would be gone over top to bottom, clearly it was not. Disgusted that they would sell an rv like that. Yes, I know it was our responsibility to inspect ahead of time (after the fact), but c'mon! They will never get our business again and we're telling our friends not to go there. Adding more on 11/12/15: puyallup rv has made attempts since my review to see if there is anything they can do to rectify the situation. While replying to them via email I remembered a couple other details. We purchased a warranty or insurance type of plan and they filled out the wrong paperwork at the time of purchase. So after the fact they tried to have us come back in to sign the correct papers but due to conflicting schedules it wasn't going to work out. Finally I got them to mail me the papers however since mailing them back (in July or august) I haven't received any acknowledgement that the papers were received. In addition they took so long to submit the registration paperwork to dol that we didn't get our plates until about a week after the temporary registration expired. So basically almost 2 months for the plates. I can't help but think that all these issues are no fault of theirs. Another update 11/15/15: I received a response from an owner apologizing. Claims they are having a meeting to go over all the things that went wrong with our experience. read more

This company is very shady, I purchased a trailer in june they took my down payment and warranty and gap in insurance money for $3600, I cancelled the gap and warranty which was supposed to be taken off my loan and they never even paid the gap or warranty to Warranty Company. I still have not received my tags for my trailer, it has been almost 4 months I went to talk to them, the Owner said we are taking the last people to court to collect the money and can not get the title, be patient. As this is not my problem, I am beside myself, Puyallup RV is Not true to their word and in Reality are Ripping their Clients off. Do NOT deal with Puyallup RV. read more

This place is the biggest joke every!! The service department is ran by a bunch of kids and the service manager looks like he's strung out on drugs. Wish I would have met the employees before leaving our RV for repair. They took way longer than we were promised, did an awful job - making it look twice as bad, and when brought back for them to do it over, they again were late on the promise date and wouldn't refund our money for the poor service. Don't recommend this place for buying or repairing.... save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. read more
