Convenient times. I'm doing a small group personal training with Dan! Also love the cupping offering here, bruh . It's different than others I've tried. Lots of class options, including yoga! I highly recommend this woman-owned gym! Super queer friendly too!

I was intimidated at first. I have some, but not a lot of experience with yoga and the idea of doing it in a heated environment made me nervous. They have 60- and 90-minute classes. I started with the 60 min Yoga Basics class which is not a beginner class necessarily, its challenging for sure, but sticks to the more rudimentary poses and movements. It's a great class for all levels and the heated room was actually very nice. I was concerned I would feel like I was suffocating but that was not at all the case. It felt great and I was totally sweaty by the end of class. It's a damn good workout and everyone is very supportive and friendly. Since I've incorporated yoga 2 days a week into my regular routine and dropped the hard work outs down to only 2 days a week I'm feeling MUCH better. Less injury, more bendy, and continued to increase my strength. Bean and the gym staff are all great at what they do. Heather and rest of the yoga instructors are wonderful as well. I'm loving UFF and the range of options they offer! The only thing that I would warn anyone about is they are not super great at providing instruction in the boot camp and TRX classes. Most of the members are fairly experienced athletes and there's a lot of assumption that everyone knows what they're doing and what weight they should be using. In a class of 20+ people they don't have a lot of time to coach an individual person. I am not shy and will almost always ask for help if I'm not sure, but not everyone feels comfortable doing that. I can definitely say that when I have asked for help, I get wonderful feedback and assistance. If you're new at this type of fitness you can schedule a one-on-one with a trainer to help you sort out a lot of things ahead of time, so you don't hurt yourself during a class. 10/10 highly recommend!

Very clean, well kept, and the staff is always cleaning throughout the day. $24.99 for the Black Card Membership. You can go to all Planet Fitness locations and you can bring a guest with you as well. I'll be going here for a while because the price plus the extra amenities (massage chairs, water beds, etc) make it that much more worth it. Check it out! P.S. - They are not open 24 hours like they used to be. Fridays they close at 9 and Sat/Sun is from 7-7. That is the only drawback because I do like my late night workout sessions!

I had left two bottles of tanning lotion in the room on accident, number 2 to be specific. I called immediately after and the front desk said they would hold on to it for me with my name and phone number. I came back the next day and he said they were both thrown away, but my name and number were available to contact? Young guy long hair. I've been in the customer service industry for too long to know they did NOT throw them away. I told the kid it's okay if someone took them... but nothing. Anyways the gym is fine... it does what you need, but I don't trust the front desk now. Seems that if you forget something, you won't get it back.

The biggest positive for me is the machines feel new and not broken. I don't struggle to use the machine since it flows smoothly. Staff are friendly as well. The parking can be tight, but I've never had issues getting parking the few times I've been here. Downside is the locker room smells and it's pretty dirty. Some of the shower stalls do not have curtains or a door either so you're exposed if you choose to shower here. The other big positive for me is their sauna. It can fit almost 3x as much people as the downtown location and there are 2 boilers so it gets HOT, which feels great. I'll maybe go here if I don't feel like dealing with downtown traffic or if I'm in the area. I enjoy this gym.

Ventilation is horrible in this gym because the ceiling is 8-9 feet. Cannot speak for the women's bathroom, but the men's bathroom is filthy disgusting. No one uses the lockers because the room smells so bad and you're more likely of having your stuff stolen. The other day I saw an asian lady back her camry into another parked camry with another older asian lady in there. You cannot make this stuff up. Anyways this gym is disgusting an old. The only positives is that there is a LOT of good people that come to this gym. People workout, share the weights. A lot of older crowd in the morning and afternoons. Staff is pretty friendly. But yea a lot of the older 24 hour fitness are turning into this. Old smelly, no renovations. Members deserve better. period. Oh and last point to renovations. This gym still has TWO raquetball courts. Everytime I go, I never see anyone on these courts. Case and point. 24hour fitness does not care.

I love Pilates Heartcore…read more I've been to five classes so far - two private, one virtual, and two group - and have been led by five different instructors. Each class was wonderful, as was each instructor. I'm new to Pilates - before Heartcore I had only gone to/done two studio classes fifteen years ago + a few YouTube (mat) Pilates videos over the years - so I was very nervous starting out. Each instructor made me feel welcome and very supported. In addition, when I first started taking classes, I spoke with Katie, the owner of the studio, over email many times (to schedule classes), and she was so helpful and very quick to respond. The studio itself is spacious and very clean (including the bathrooms). Also, Heartcore has no "surprises" - something I very much appreciate; all policies are posted on their website, so everything that prospective + current students need to know is there. People may need to set reminders for themselves about things - an upcoming class they registered for, the need to bring grippy socks to class (which they do sell in the studio), when to cancel your registration to a class if you won't be able to make it, etc. - but that is to be expected at almost every establishment/business. I've been a member here for just about a month, and I don't foresee myself ending my membership anytime soon (barring a faraway move or something). I look forward to each class, and I'm so excited to keep going. I love this studio!
