Convenient times. I'm doing a small group personal training with Dan! Also love the cupping offering here, bruh . It's different than others I've tried. Lots of class options, including yoga! I highly recommend this woman-owned gym! Super queer friendly too!

I was intimidated at first. I have some, but not a lot of experience with yoga and the idea of doing it in a heated environment made me nervous. They have 60- and 90-minute classes. I started with the 60 min Yoga Basics class which is not a beginner class necessarily, its challenging for sure, but sticks to the more rudimentary poses and movements. It's a great class for all levels and the heated room was actually very nice. I was concerned I would feel like I was suffocating but that was not at all the case. It felt great and I was totally sweaty by the end of class. It's a damn good workout and everyone is very supportive and friendly. Since I've incorporated yoga 2 days a week into my regular routine and dropped the hard work outs down to only 2 days a week I'm feeling MUCH better. Less injury, more bendy, and continued to increase my strength. Bean and the gym staff are all great at what they do. Heather and rest of the yoga instructors are wonderful as well. I'm loving UFF and the range of options they offer! The only thing that I would warn anyone about is they are not super great at providing instruction in the boot camp and TRX classes. Most of the members are fairly experienced athletes and there's a lot of assumption that everyone knows what they're doing and what weight they should be using. In a class of 20+ people they don't have a lot of time to coach an individual person. I am not shy and will almost always ask for help if I'm not sure, but not everyone feels comfortable doing that. I can definitely say that when I have asked for help, I get wonderful feedback and assistance. If you're new at this type of fitness you can schedule a one-on-one with a trainer to help you sort out a lot of things ahead of time, so you don't hurt yourself during a class. 10/10 highly recommend!

Very clean, well kept, and the staff is always cleaning throughout the day. $24.99 for the Black Card Membership. I'll be going here for a while because the price plus the extra amenities (massage chairs, water beds, etc) make it that much more worth it. Check it out! P.S. - They are not open 24 hours like they used to be. Fridays they close at 9 and Sat/Sun is from 7-7. That is the only drawback because I do like my late night workout sessions!

I had left two bottles of tanning lotion in the room on accident, number 2 to be specific. I called immediately after and the front desk said they would hold on to it for me with my name and phone number. I came back the next day and he said they were both thrown away, but my name and number were available to contact? Young guy long hair. I've been in the customer service industry for too long to know they did NOT throw them away. I told the kid it's okay if someone took them... but nothing. Anyways the gym is fine... it does what you need, but I don't trust the front desk now. Seems that if you forget something, you won't get it back.

I love Pilates Heartcore…read more I've been to five classes so far - two private, one virtual, and two group - and have been led by five different instructors. Each class was wonderful, as was each instructor. I'm new to Pilates - before Heartcore I had only gone to/done two studio classes fifteen years ago + a few YouTube (mat) Pilates videos over the years - so I was very nervous starting out. Each instructor made me feel welcome and very supported. In addition, when I first started taking classes, I spoke with Katie, the owner of the studio, over email many times (to schedule classes), and she was so helpful and very quick to respond. The studio itself is spacious and very clean (including the bathrooms). Also, Heartcore has no "surprises" - something I very much appreciate; all policies are posted on their website, so everything that prospective + current students need to know is there. People may need to set reminders for themselves about things - an upcoming class they registered for, the need to bring grippy socks to class (which they do sell in the studio), when to cancel your registration to a class if you won't be able to make it, etc. - but that is to be expected at almost every establishment/business. I've been a member here for just about a month, and I don't foresee myself ending my membership anytime soon (barring a faraway move or something). I look forward to each class, and I'm so excited to keep going. I love this studio!

One of the lesser crowded locations and you can usually come into it empty after evening or early morning which is nice. I have been trying to join this gym for several weeks, and unfortunately, what should have been a…read moresimple process has turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. I live and work very close to the gym, so when my previous gym contract expired, I was genuinely looking forward to joining a facility that would be more convenient for both home and work. Unfortunately, I have found it surprisingly difficult to even get through the door. The gym doors are locked, and access depends on staff being present. The posted "staffed hours" are clearly listed on the door, but they do not seem to correspond with when anyone is actually there. Over the past two weeks, I stopped by three separate times during those posted staffed hours. Each time, no one was there. I knocked, waited outside, and called the gym, but received no response. I then submitted a contact form through the website and received an automated email saying that someone would be in touch soon. No one contacted me. I called again and left another message, and again, I received no response. At that point, I began to wonder whether the gym was closing or experiencing some larger issue. I looked at the reviews and noticed that the owner, Jason, appeared to be friendly and responsive to customers publicly. He had also shared his email address, so I decided to reach out to him directly in the hope that I could finally get some clarity and simply become a member. Unfortunately, my experience in private was very different from what I had seen in his public responses. While Jason was responsive, his emails came across as dismissive and defensive rather than helpful. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the fact that I had spent weeks repeatedly trying to contact the gym, despite making every effort to become a paying customer. Much of the conversation centered on defending the gym's staffing situation rather than addressing the very reasonable concern that the posted staffed hours did not appear to reflect when staff were actually present. I ultimately spent another two days going back and forth just trying to find a time when I could come in, sign up, and join. After nearly three weeks of trying, I decided that the amount of effort required simply to become a customer was no longer worth it. That is the part I find most disappointing. I wanted to support a local business, and I was actively trying to give them my business. It should not be this difficult for someone to become a paying member. I am heading to In-Shape today to sign up instead. It is a little farther from home, but at this point, I would much rather deal with a business that makes it reasonably easy for prospective customers to actually become customers. I hope the gym takes this feedback seriously. The issue is not that I expected special treatment; I simply expected the posted "staffed" hours to be accurate, my calls and messages to receive a response, and a straightforward membership inquiry to be handled with basic courtesy and professionalism.

I've been to many gyms in my life but this was my first visit at a PF. I'm a member at 24 hour fitness but all the locations closed for the night because of power outages due to bad weather. Luckily PF was open. This location surprised me, everything was so clean and organized! Coming from 24hr fitness, there's always something wrong but I had no complaints here. All the equipments were where they were suppose to be. All the paper towels, hand sanitizer, spray bottles were filled. I even see the employees going around cleaning and making sure everything is organized. Even an employee in the bathroom at 1am doing some deep cleaning in the bathroom. Quite refreshing to see versus other gym employees just sitting at the front desk while everything is dirty and empty. Most of the members there were wiping down machines and being respectful. Only thing I wished they had were heavier dumbbells or barbell equipments but I know that isn't the clientele they're targeting. All in all I would recommend this location.

The situation escalated to the point that police were called, and the member ultimately left the facility. I do not know what initially caused the confrontation or who started it, so I cannot speak to that. However, regardless of what led up to it, I would expect a general manager to handle a conflict with a member calmly and professionally rather than engage in a screaming match across the gym. The incident was extremely disruptive to other members and negatively affected the atmosphere of the entire facility. More concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I have witnessed this manager yell at members on other occasions as well. Management should be setting the standard for professionalism and de-escalation, not contributing to confrontations that disrupt the facility.
