They called to say the work was done, we went and paid, and when we attempted to leave we realized nothing was fixed. They kept the vehicle to attempt to fix it still. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Called twice requesting a call BEFORE any work is done to tell us what was wrong and cost.... nothing. Don't deal lady acted like it isn't common courtesy and practice to call before work to confirm the customer wants that work done. Later we get a call the car is done again but they cannot figure out how to fix it. We attempted to get some money back and they said no. Their excuse was that we were billed for a diagnosis.... but the receipt said something different and we are billed for work we did not approve and that did not fix the problem. Basically they couldn't fix anything, still charged us, there were fraudulent with the documentation and reasoning for the charges and on top of that, they lack any customer service. I'm not sure how places like this last as long as they do, but it is a joke and I want to say I'm surprised but there are a lot of evil people out there. I suggest reading through all reviews before using this place. Only way I see their online rating being so high is because their "people" left reviews. The real ones are in the mix and they are not good. Just a shame.

I watched the video of her slamming the door several times. You explained the work that had to be done... isn't that your job to explain? She replaced the part that was needed to pass inspection. You advised her to drive the car for the light to go out. She did what you said. How is that not listening? Rude and obnoxious? We have talked the past few days about it covering everything about it. We even set up a time for me to come purchase the car. The day of came and I was headed to their location and I texted Terrance and it wasn't until then that he told me that he had sold the car the night before. He was never even going to let me know. This is a drive from boyertown to emmaus. Not extremely long but long enough that he should have let me know. If you can't hold true to you word don't go out of your way to set up arrangements like these. It's bad business!! I have to buy 2 vehicles and they sure won't be getting my business. Stay away from this place! There is no honesty here!
