Maybe pour them through a Venturi or something to get the bitterness out and soften the tannins. The tasting (4 wines) was $12 per person. The average bottle on the tasting menu was $42. I didn't even finish my tasting *personal preference* The grounds are beautiful, looks like a great place for a picnic. Their mocktails were much better than the wine!
