Which coming directly from their website, is described as, "You'll earn 1 point for every $1.oo spent, every time you shop at either Legendary Organics locations, in store or online!" Then for every 100 points that you earn, you'll get $5.oo off your purchase! If you are a smoker like me, those points will add up quickly! I just used mine to get $25 towards my last purchase! To me? That's the same as getting $25 free money! The people who work here, aka the "budtenders", are knowledgeable about the products they offer, and most "budtenders" will tell you, if you ask them, exactly what they are smoking. It isn't always the most expensive weed! I love that kind of honesty! I mean, isn't that why we ask them that question in the first place? We don't want them to tell us what will net them the biggest sale, we want honest recommendations, right? It's like there's no "sales quota" they need to meet, (though they might very well have one), I like that I can't tell either way! It's very refreshing! I phoned at about 4:10 to ask a (loaded) question about a vape that i had recently purchased. Nick K. answered the phone- 10 minutes after he was supposed to be leaving (he revealed that his shift had ended) he is an inventory manager so I was in luck with the fact that he picked up the phone because he was able to trace the exact batch number of the item i had a question about. I was questioning its authenticity- it looked different on the website than in person. he solved my worry and looked up the exact number on the box (i had already thrown away). Called store - which has a delivery service, mind you - and was told I'd have to go back to the store to exchange it. Weekly customer -- loss my business over a $70 Jetty vape I was a weekly customer until this week when I tried to return a defective Jetty Vape twice. The first time I tried to exchange it the gentlemen took the device and tested it in the back and said it worked. I went home tried it -- it did not work. A few days later, I tried to take it back again. The lady took it to the back and tested showing me a video that it worked. This is where I understood that they are testing it with a specialized vacuum. She said there was nothing I can do for you and that it works fine. I went outside and took strong drag with all my might -- then yes it worked but it was big drags with very little vape intake not viable. Now it totally stopped working. I probably spent over a thousand s bucks there since its opening and would have spent thousands more during the next year. Handy enough it was the manager and she called me back and said the cameras and the drawer all add up and I'm "welcome to check the cameras if I want", and "it's not like I put it in my pocket". Ton of attitude as well. Definitely doesn't feel right... why would the receipt say $240 when I hit the ATM, max it allows out is $200, but your drawer also adds up with an extra $120 "accidentally" added to cash received? Products were fine - the attitude and overall grumpy atmosphere from every single employee in this place is what ruined my experience. No greeting from the lady w the black hair at the front desk, she didn't say anything except "I need your ID" .. after checking in and walking into the main area - all the employees look at me blankly before I say "how's it going" and then one decides to help me out. I was here for something I've never tried before so I had a lot of questions - all of my questions were answered in short responses with no explanation or effort to help me understand how things work - she talked to me like I should know... I don't work at a dispo, how should I know this stuff? Anyway I started getting pissed off because I'm overly nice and these employees are just plain rude. I think she started to notice I was upset by the end of the transaction and started smiling more but it was too late, I was pissed. I got my things and headed out, not a single word from the lady at the front desk. Not a "have a nice day" or "thanks for the visit" - not anything. Whatever screw this place. The other dispo like a mile away from this location has so much better customer service, I've literally never felt this way after leaving a dispo. Extremely disappointed- whoever manages this place, get your employees straight and make customer service more important - you lost me as a customer and I've seen more than a handful of other reviews saying the same thing.
