Jad is the absolute best! I've been coming to Tobacco Royale for a few years now, they have a great selection and Jad is always a delight. I appreciate that whenever I make a decent sized purchase he always gives me a discount, a free vape to try, or both. It's a great place to be a regular! Though this isn't strictly business related, one time my car broke down right in front of the shop, and Jad being the great guy he is pulled up a chair and let me chill inside the shop while I waited for someone to come (and he gave me a persimmon too!) even called one of his buddies to help take a look at the car. This has to be one of the nicest smoke shops in all of the Conejo Valley. The store has a great selection of cigars, lighters, accessories and tons of glass. They keep most of their water pipes in the back. However, one concern I have is that old man that works there is a nice fellow but you'll probably end up knowing more about the product than him. It can be tough to understand him sometimes too, but he means well. Probably give you a life story or two. Doesn't really matter because the prices are so much cheaper than the other places in the area. You come in wanting to buy one thing but you see some cool stuff and will probably end up getting more than you came in for. I've spoken to the owner as well and it seems like he's on top of his game when it comes to updating inventory and bringing in new items as well as special orders. Definitely recommend to others. Been coming here weekly for years but no longer a customer due to the bad service given to me by the claimed owner after he sold me a defective device and just starred at me while I struggled to get the "new" device to work after I opened it in front of him! He wouldn't even answer my questions so I told him "I guess I'm just talking to myself" he didn't like being called out and stated "you know I'm the owner and you can leave if you want" (like being a owner makes you something special and above everyone) so I did just that! This is the BEST shop ever. The owner and all his guys show me nothing but love when I walk in. I often stay and hang out just to chill here when it's slow they are just great guys to talk to and I love supporting a local business. Don't bother coming here usually I see two workers one is a female super nice and charges the correct prices, if a guy who's working the back counter he will rip you off beware! Sold me 2 puff bars for $26 when the female charges me the correct price around $18, why is he overcharging? Total scam I recommend going to the wild side smoke shop in Thousand Oaks much fair prices (3 puff bars for $24!) and won't rip you off. WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!
