I've lived and worked in Italy and Spain and all over the U.S. This is the best espresso I've ever had in the U.S.! Like in Italy and Spain, the expresso was not bitter at all and had a hint of sweetness (from the coffee, no sugar added, heaven forbid!). The service also was very good. We stopped in for some caffeine fix after the a disappointing dinner at pho97 but the Legends coffee perked us right up, not only with caffeine but super friendly owner/barista manner and excellent cafe. Just talking to him for a min or two really showed his deep care for his craft. Also the legends uses Jubilee roaster as for its espresso, which is a superb local roaster as well. The owner also offered a drip coffee for a taste, which stated bright acidity and finishes with tabacco which adds to its body. The sweet latte is like biscotti and coffee all rolled in to perfect harmony with strong almond under tone. If you are ever around Southlands this is a must stop read more

We tried a hot chocolate and a seasonal coffee drink. It was the worst of both we'd ever had. We are not ones to return a drink so we just left after two sips each. They both were really bad. Worst I've ever had. Perhaps we ordered poorly or they were having a bad day but we will not be back. Also, the women's bathroom was very bad. Very dirty and stunk. read more

This review is strictly for the pastries provided by Sweet Alfa's in Elizabeth, CO. I have tried the triple berry scone and now the apple bear claw at Legends coffee shop in Aurora in the Southland's Mall and the quality is terrible! There is hardly any fruit to any of these and at $3.75 it's a total rip off. Will not order these pastries anymore. The scone has good flavor and texture but I would say I found 3 berries, TOTAL! The apple claw had MAYBE 2 teaspoons worth of apples with no flavor to the dough. I have left a voicemail message for tía establishment the first time I came in to try the scone as well as providing feedback through my email receipt which asked for my experience and was never contacted by the owner. What a shame because I like to support small businesses. read more

Soooo delicious! First off, the aesthetic inside is so pretty. I love the wood paneling on the inside. Feels modern and industrial. I got a lavender Vanilla Cold Brew and WOW it was amazing. They hand-make their own syrups and you definitely can tell the difference. My friend got a caramel lavender cold brew which was equally as good. I highly recommend this place. I do wish I lived here just so I could come here all the time we also got breakfast sandwiches that were delicious! Definitely worth it read more

I've been here before and I've never been really excited about their coffee before. When I went the other day, it was a little better than my previous encounters. I got the latte this time. I thought that their latte was a bit on the lighter side - maybe not enough espresso in the flavor of the latte but still okay. My friend got their iced vanilla latte and it was pretty good. I'd say it's a nice place to work where there are constantly people moving in and out, but not as busy as other coffee shops near Denver. The staff was very friendly when my friend told him she's never been there and didn't know what she wanted. He explained what they had on the menu and tried to figure out what she would like as well. I'd say it's a pretty good coffee shop for people who are starting to get into coffee too. read more

Based on other Yelp reviews, I was looking forward to enjoying a latte and pastry while I studied. I typically go with a plain latte or cold brew, but was intrigued by the honey lavender latte on the menu. I also ordered a slice of banana bread as well. Although the honey lavender latte had some lovely latte art, it was awful. It had a very unpleasant taste... almost sour? And it left a strange aftertaste. I didn't even drink half of it. The banana bread was fine. I took it home and enjoyed it heated with my own home brewed coffee. Otherwise, it's a nice shop with a moderate amount of seating and plenty of outlets for those working. read more

Hubs favors the Loaded Avo! The sourdough bread is divine! And don't forget the coffee-tons of options! They also attempt to assist with dietary needs so milk modifications, bread, etc are available. Still taking care of customers during COVID with a new website for ordering and pick inside or curbside deliver! . Great coffee, the best espresso east of Jubilee. They take pride in their coffee and are one of the few places with a single origin espresso on the far east side. They make some good breakfast sandwiches and always have fresh pastries. The Nitro cold brew is a treat in the summer. The only real complaint is how crowded and loud it can get once it hits late morning. Finding a seat to work from and how the wifi throughput slows is sometimes an issue, but early morning and evenings are always open for me I guess that complaint though is a good one since business is doing well. read more

This place is awesome!! I went today and the environment there was amazing. The staff was ridiculously friendly. Every time a regular came in, they made sure to catch up, the staff and customers all acted like they have been best friends for years. I talked to Mary and Lila ( so sorry if I got your names wrong, I suck at names) and I thanked them for being so friendly. They, again, were so great and they thanked me and invited me back. Good pastries too, but they often sold out in the mornings so come early if you want.
