This was highly unprofessional and reflected poorly on the restaurant. After this conversation, Sara disappeared for an extended period of time. We waited quite a while for drink refills and had difficulty getting her attention. When we finally requested a refill, she responded by making yet another inappropriate joke instead of focusing on customer service. The combination of the inappropriate comments, workplace gossip, and inattentive service created an uncomfortable dining experience. I believe customers should be able to enjoy their meal without being subjected to unprofessional behavior from restaurant staff. I hope management will address these concerns and ensure a higher standard of professionalism moving forward.
