i've come here twice within two weeks and this place has great burgers! i initially dined in an we went out as a class. we had A HUGE party. the staff remained professional and did their absolute best to accommodate us. i got the mushroom burger and it was delicious. juicy and hit the spot. everything you want in a good burger. the fries were great as well. probably one of the best restaurant fries. and for appetizers i had the jalapeño poppers. delicious as well. the second time, i ordered to-go and they had a 48% off deal so i got two burgers for less than $20! again, same consistent delicious burger despite having to commute and not eating it right away. this place is great for grabbing a few drinks and has great food! read more

I recently dined at Fat Boys in Niceville and was very disappointed with the service we received from our server, Sara. Throughout our visit, Sara made several inappropriate jokes and comments that made my party extremely uncomfortable. Rather than providing professional customer service, she engaged in conversations that were not suitable for a restaurant setting. At one point, while standing near our table, she openly gossiped with another server about a young hostess, speaking negatively about the employee within earshot of customers. This was highly unprofessional and reflected poorly on the restaurant. After this conversation, Sara disappeared for an extended period of time. We waited quite a while for drink refills and had difficulty getting her attention. When we finally requested a refill, she responded by making yet another inappropriate joke instead of focusing on customer service. The combination of the inappropriate comments, workplace gossip, and inattentive service created an uncomfortable dining experience. I believe customers should be able to enjoy their meal without being subjected to unprofessional behavior from restaurant staff. I hope management will address these concerns and ensure a higher standard of professionalism moving forward. read more

Went out in on a Friday late lunch early dinner only a bartender working as hostess, waitress, and bartender she was friendly was quick to bring our drinks and take our order. We ordered two different burgers and chicken wings two different flavors and unfortunately for a burger joint there burgers have no flavor and leave you frustrated paying 16$ minimum for such a poor quality burger (we had the blue cheese and sunrise burger bother were not great for different reasons) and the reason 3 stars is the wings were some of the best I have had in long time read more

I had a great time here, they have a bunch of TVs covering the walls for sports fans and they have a great selection of food. I got their sunrise burger and the egg was cooked great and the patty as well. Their fries were tasty and the mojito was okay, then mint should be muddled and lime squeezed, but wasn't a deal breaker and was still refreshing. The place is alive with its theme of fatboys and overall well lit and spacious. Recommend giving it a go. read more

If you need a burger place, this is the place to go. Wide selection of burgers and sides. The day we went they didn't have the mac & cheese, however, they didn't disappoint. I chose the sweet potato fries and they came out awesome. I chose the firehouse burger. I was worn that it was a little spicy. That burger was spicy, but overall it was a very good tasty juicy burger. The ambience here kind of gives a 50s feel. Our overall experience there was outstanding. The staff is even better. Not no but NOT NEVER AGAIN! We showed up probably around seven 7:30 PM, there was maybe six other people in there at the tables and maybe another four or five at the bar. Bartender was busy, keeping the beers coming and doing an amazing job of what he was doing. It took us about five minutes for the hostess to greet us, no big deal but little did I know this was indicative of the service we were about to receive . We got seated and waited about 10 minutes before I finally asked for the server, whoever our server was to come over and take our order. The hostess who had been on the floor the whole time replied "she hasn't come over yet?" I said no, I haven't seen her at all. They finally went and got her, and she came over, she took our order which took about another five minutes to get . We simply ordered one nonalcoholic beer, and one Pepsi. We placed our order for a burger and a chicken salad. Our appetizer was supposed to be jalapeño poppers - notice how I said supposed to be, because we never received them. The burger came to me in a basket, when I ask for a plate, she bring me a cardboard box I replied do you not have plates and she said no all we have is this. It's unfortunate because after a long flight from the West Coast, I was truly hoping to get a good burger in me with some protein. The service was subpar, and we won't be back. We stopped here for dinner on a Sunday night, we were seated quickly, the staff was efficient, the place was clean and well lit. We ordered the Wings, both types- boneless and with bones, which were very good. My friend had the street tacos which were also good. What we did not know was that on Sunday nights, there is a trivia contest in which the host is speaking over a loud microphone, so it was difficult for us to hold a conversation. It might be less noisy if we come back to eat here on a weekday afternoon. read more

First time visit to Fatboys. The wings are great. I also had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was a little bland. It's a great place to stop in with friends and have some drinks and catch a sporting event. The bar is well stocked and plenty of choices. The service was good and the the place looks new and clean. Can I just say, yum?! The atmosphere was really nice, giving sports bar restaurant vibes, but modern and family friendly! The service was great! The hostess was very attentive, quick to seat us, and would check on tables, as well as the waiter who did great making sure what we ordered was correct and if we needed anything! The food was great, just a little pricey (about ~$15+ dollars for a specialty burger & fries) but you get full quickly on how thick and much food you get! The mozzarella triangles, were delicious and the cheese pull was amazing. The fried pickles, some of the best I've had in the area! Nicely breaded, not too greasy, good pickles used! I've never been a fan of steak fries which these reminded me of, but the crunchy shell and soft potato inside is top tier. Burger was cooked nicely and wasn't too thick, but a nice size patty! Looked like a full bar too, with sports games and movies on the tvs (shoutout to having Godzilla one). Overall, I'd love to go back and try more of their menu! read more

Went here tonight first time. This is a franchise but actually quite good. I ordered wings with 2 different sauces. They were hot & crispy as ordered. Husband had sunrise burger with an egg. Bacon & cheese. The hamburger he said was good but egg was overcooked. We had good service & will go back & try another option. Our small town has few decent restaurants. Food & service were both excellent. Unfortunately I did not get a picture of the food, but everything was excellent. We ordered the cheese triangles for an appetizer, I ordered the Hula Girl burger & added Serrano peppers, my daughter ordered the cheeseburger sliders, and my boyfriend ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. All were great. My server even suggested when I got the corn to order it with packs of mayo and cheese and lime to make it almost like Mexican Street corn and it was a great suggestion. The Fat Boy burger and the big thick curled (handmade) fries were fresh and hot. Burger was deliciously juicy with well matched house sauce, right sized tomato and lettuce on a brioche bun. Perfect combo and the best we had in a long time. This is our new favorite burger joint in this area. Service was very friendly and helpful. The sports TVs outlined all the walls with various channels. Booths and tables were scattered throughout. A bar had a good selection but we did not have any during lunch. Love the set up. Second time visiting FatBoys Niceville. Love their Birria sandwich. Roadhouse Burger was cooked to order and tasty but the burgers are really dripping greasy. Fries are country style tasty. Fried Calamari was clumpy and a bit over cooked. Service was friendly but think the staff is still getting trained. Likely to get better with experience. If you want to enjoy a burger and a beer and watch sports - lots of Monitors to watch many different channels. Noise level is medium. read more

Came early to pick up my order (hamburger with bacon and fries) and had a wonderful 45 minute chat with the manager, who is very professional, wonderfully personable and really knows the business. I came early to have a Manhattan, which was the best one I've every tasted. Shannon was so accomodating and engratiating. I enjoyed my burger when I got home. Very tasty and the fries appear to be freshly cut. The ambiance is very friendly and family oriented. The music in the background was very low (thank you) and it was very quiet even with as many people as there were dining. This is a great place for our little town to enjoy a casual dinner! read more
