I brought in items that matched what they said they were looking for, but it didn't seem like my items were looked through very thoroughly. It made me question whether racial bias may have played a part in how my items were reviewed and fairly considered for purchase. I also noticed that the overall style of the store isn't versatile. From what was on the racks, it was pretty easy to tell the specific look and type of seller they seem to prefer buying from.

I quickly did a google search to see if the price was reasonable and saw that Dick's Concord store had the same item at half the price and in several more colors. I ordered online for store pickup to save on shipping and when I arrived noticed this wasn't a typical Dick's store. Makes sense why my flask was so much cheaper. They make it easy to pickup an online order curbside or in store. In your confirmation email you just check in and a notification is sent to a point person at the store. I think I even heard a doorbell ring. With this method you don't need to show ID. Of course I had to do a quick browse, and the prices are very reasonable. The store appears to be well stocked too. I didn't make it past the tops because they were about to close, but I'll definitely return to find some workout gear. I like that you can use your phone to price check anything in the store, that should be a standard at all stores. I grabbed a couple of shirts and can't wait to return.

Champion outlet store shares space with Hanes (undergarmets, etc). The store is large and very…read morebright. Lots of selection when it comes to men, women, and children outerwear. Prices are decent but the selection is a bit aged in my opinion. It appears several past years of non-purchased clothing has made it's way to this outlet store. Hanes also shares the same philosophy with older style of undergarments such as socks, underwear, bras, and undershirts. The staff is pretty laid back, non-confrontational but not very welcoming either. It's probably not a regular store I tend to frequent when at the Concord Mills Mall.

I went into this store Monday August 7th around 5pm. I was ready to spend some money. I came in…read morelooking for a dress for my sorority recruitment. I was greeted about 2 minutes after being in the store. No other customers were in the store when I entered. The worker helped me find a dress but they only had a large (not my size), I still wanted to try it though. When she placed it in the dressing room another customer came in and after that I had zero help. I looked around just to shop and found some stuff to try on. While I was doing this more people came in. While in the dressing room I was asked if I was still in there twice, this made me uncomfortable and rushed. I came out and another staff member took the items I didn't want she was very sweet. I looked around more and decided to buy something. I went up to the counter and just stood there for at least 5 minutes. Finally after getting no help because no one was paying any attention to me, I left. Very disappointed was excited to check this place out and probably would have spent a good amount of money if I didn't feel rushed and received barley any help.

Yes this is a lot more than we expected but we got some great finds and good deals. Ron helped us out, and I must say he did a great job. What I line about G Mens Wear is that they have a nice selection of suits, jackets and tuxedos, but there unique and stylish (not the same ole boring stuff at the box stores) oh yes and they do on-site tailoring so your suit is ready to wear. G Mens Wear is tucked away in the Carolina mall but it's well worth the trip there to get good quality, stylish wears!

I saw denim from Citizens, Hudson and Seven for all Mankind, dresses and tops from Glam, Tart and Ella Moss, dainty display of affordable jewelry and a small selection of shoes from Sam Edelman. The day I trotted in Lavendar, the nice employee informed me that they were having a 30% sale on all denim. Scooooooore! The racks are nicely laid out and there's even a solid sale section to peruse the sweet marked down goodies. Nice service, quality clothing and accessories...Lavendar is a lovely store in Mooresville!

Since I am a regular shopper, I snagged a Lavendar bag which gets me 15% off every Wednesday. You might think boutiques are expensive, but Lavendar is pretty reasonable. Monkee's of Lake Norman in Birkdale…read more Buyer Beware I stopped in the Monkee's store in Birkdale to look for some outfits for my wife. I ended up buying two separate outfits with the understanding that she would only be using one if she'd liked it at all for our upcoming trip. They sold me both outfits, totaling $472.97 and I left as a happy customer. Unfortunately, when my wife tried to return the unwanted items, she was alerted of the fact that they would only provide an in-store credit. I called the owner, Kim Darcy, directly and she said that this is her store policy and she would not honor the refund as was the agreed-upon understanding by me and her salespeople. Upon looking at the receipt, it does state their in-store credit policy for returns, but there was never any explanation of it and the receipt was just put in the bag with the items. During our conversation she did offer a 10% discount on future purchases, using the in-store credit gift card, as a concession for her hostage sales tactics. There was never any mention of the in-store credit only policy nor any signage anywhere, and her sales people were very clear with my desire to have one or all of these items returned the next day if necessary. In a time when we want to support local businesses more than ever, one would think that they would treat customers better than the big box stores, where you can buy and return for a full refund at will, not worse! I rarely write a review, but thought that the community needs to know about Monkee's business practices.
