More than happy to answer any direct questions Interaction: Ose is unreliable. He installed my garage in 2015. I had multiple issues where the garage wouldn't work or fall off the track and it took him 3-days+ to come out and fix it. He then flat out refused to come to my house to fix the broken garage door which he installed and does not pick up Mechanical: Ose installed an INDOOR Janus mini pantheon device and an INDOOR aluminum door for an OUTDOOR roll-up garage with wooden posts (more on this later). He did not run electricity to the garage so we had to run an extension cord from my house to the device.... yes, I spent $12k on a garage with an extension cord from my house powering the mechanics of the garage. And Ose didn't tell me this until after everything was installed and asked me how I wanted to power the garage. So, given that the indoor panel/device was installed (mind you I did not know this at the time of installation), I asked Ose what he was going to do to protect the device. So instead of having an answer, the team went to Home Depot and bought a plastic storage bin to fit around the panel... Pictures attached. Additionally, the door does NOT have motion sensors in the event something is in the way of the door, it stops or reverses back to the top. THe door will continue to drop either injuring a person, or getting stuck on a device (a garbage bin) and continue to roll down, folding the door on top of itself. Lastly - I had 4 other garage companies come to the house to look at the problem and all 4 asked "why are you using wooden posts to support the tracks and motor?" All 4 recommended that the garage be installed on metal posts for longevity and to support the weight of the garage door parts. Also, as I mentioned that the door came off the track... well, wood warps in the weather elements of the area... so that answered that question. More on the story: I've had the garage for 5+ years and 4 months ago, the garage completely stopped working. I called Ose and he said he would come to my house to fix it, he never came. I called again on the main line and scheduled an appointment with the receptionist, I then received a call the day of the appointment from the Receptionist that Ose had already come to my house and the garage "cannot be fixed." Can we just take a moment and reflect on that, #1 he never came to my house and #2 the garage "cannot be fixed"? After interviewing 4 more companies on the issues with my garage, I have had to find another company BBB Garage to actually install a completely new garage with metal posts, a steel door, and an OUTDOOR device and motor which can withstand the elements. Moral of the story: DON'T under any circumstances work with Legman garage. Their work is shoddy, their customer service is non-existent, the materials they use are incorrect for the installation, and when things break, they don't fix their own work. Don't be lured by their less expensive prices, it will cost you more than double in the long run.

I received a call at 7 a.m. the next day (a holiday Monday) and the gentleman showed up 25 minutes later. Replaced both springs in about 30 minutes - gave the whole system a thorough check and lubed all moving parts and tightened bolts on the door as required. The young man was very courteous, polite and efficient. These guys installed my opener 5 years ago and I have never had an issue. He then goes out to his car comes back and then tries to tell me that the type of spring that I'm going to need is gonna cost $900-$1250 not including labor! I looked at him like he was f****** crazy! I told him there's no way I can afford that and that he needed to leave! Then, he sees the look on my face and tells me "let me talk to my manager" and then pretends to go to his car and make a phone call. He comes back a minute later and tells me it would be just $900 labor included. I told him I still can't afford it! He goes back AGAIN and "calls" his manager and this time they're willing to do it for $600. I told them all I have is five hundred at which time they agreed. They covered the walls with their white panel (no maintenance material!)Then we choose a combination of cabinets , shelves, hooks, brackets, baskets and racks -- all of which attach to the wall panel. This is key, as now our garage floor is pretty empty and all the clutter is gone! Our kids (and our stupid mutt) cant get to the dangerous stuff any longer as its high n the wall and out of their reach. Now we can get both cars in the garage too -- even the big SUV fits. The install was pretty easy. We met at our house with a designer named Pam and she created a plan on the CAD software system. We tweaked it a bit until it looked about right. Then they came back 2 weeks later and installed the system in 2 days. Everyone showed up just when they said they would and (bonus!) they all speak English (so do we!) Once the system was installed we tweaked it a bit more. This easy since it is all modular and the storage bits can be swapped and exchanged readily. Now it looks they way we wanted and we have storage space for all of our stuff. Also, they use high quality materials like PVC and other special advanced plastics we don't have worry about rust or warping or rot. Total cost for our regular sized 2 car garage was just under $10k, but we plan to add the flooring in the spring to complete the room and really have the whole enchilada. So the cost is not cheap, but it was about half of what we spent on remodeling our smallest bathroom -- and it gets the cars off the street so we can finally use the 400 square feet of garage that we paid for when we built the house. My brother in law is an appraiser and he recommended GarageTek because he said they pay their own way at resale time.
