My new favorite store at the Promenades! Picked up a Nike set today. Very cool place to hang. So many different sets!

It is good for what it is. I saw a review that said it "is like a hopped up Chuck E Cheese." That…read moreis a good take. Kids will love it, but they are not spending the money. It is pricey, so be ready. The only thing that I think is reasonable priced is the food. everything else you'll be paying for and you'll pay quite a chunk. But that is part of it, sooooo, I guess that is the way it is. Bowling is fun, esp. when it is cosmic. Arcade is expensive, but that is how it has always been, so why change now. The employees are young and maybe need some more training in customer service. They remind me of the people who work at a McDonald's = they don't really want to be there, but it is a pay check, so they are there. No really friendly, but not mean either. If they could get a better paying job elsewhere, that is where they would be. Instead they are here and they'll make the best of it. So, fine customer service, but certainly not great. This is true of the bowling, games, food, and laser tag employees (I interacted with all of them). Last note: the place was fairly very clean overall. Even the bowling shoes smelled good. Bathrooms very clean. Games are not as greasy as Chuck E Cheese. I do recommend this place a fun night out. Just know what to expect and it will be a fun time for all.

Beautiful place and spacious but arcade is a rip off. Customer service isn't good. Arcade was way…read moreto expensive for little games and prizes we received. My daughter had 8 tickets and she couldnt get a 10 ticket item so I asked what do they have for 8 and they said nothing. Ridiculous. I do love the pizza hear and will want to try the 29inch one

The pass is actually an all day pass. Which means we could have come in the morning and then left and then come back again. I LOVE THIS. My daughter still takes several naps, so it is good to know we can go home and nap and eat and then come back! The playground has something for all children. It has infants-7ish I would say. They are divided by sections but at the same time everything is connected so your one year old and your 5 year old are playing in the same place, still in their age appropriate sections. My daughter had a lot of fun in the 0-3 year old section. She tried to explore around but she always found herself back to the 0-3 year old section. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. They are always going around cleaning which making everything really nice for the children and the parents. My only thing is that the play area is a sock only section but then the workers walk in the play area with their shoes...so that's kind of funny but whatever. It costs $8 for a day pass and then you can get $20 play pass for 3 plays which I think is really nice! I believe they have a month subscription but I am not sure. For the adults there is tables and a coffee/cafe bar which is really nice. If you are coming for a party I think that have two party rooms, but I know for sure there is one. Can't wait to come back!
