Very easy to see they've won an Eisner- a highly prestigious Comic Book industry award. They understand marketing, promotions, the store is well organized, well stocked, well lit, roomy and friendly. Miko is life sized and floppy like a real cat and has scared many guest who came to our house because it is so life like. My older daughter even asks if she can sleep with miko for the night. The wand I purchased was okay but not great, feels like it may not have a long lifespan. The balance on it is good. In short, you get what you pay for, and the product is priced about right. My older wand has a bit more heft but was three times the price of the Flowtoys one. I'd probably call this a starter wand for those who want to try leviwand out before making a larger purchase, although do be aware that cheaper equipment makes it a little more difficult to learn a new apparatus. In my experience as a wander, Flotoys' are a bit too light, but that's personal preference. The downside of ordering online from Flowtoys was that it took too long for them to process and then mail the wand. I got the automated response right away, but then it was several days before the next message came with the shipping tracking number, and then another several days before the item was delivered by Flowtoys to the post office. A little guidance on their website regarding the longer processing times would have been nice, because I didn't get the wand in time for the event I wanted it for. Naturally I assumed it would be sent within a day or two of ordering. Just be aware that it will be a good week before your order even gets into the delivery stream, and then the actual delivery transit time, of course, on top of that. It was just shy of two weeks before I got the wand, and almost a week of that was their delay in getting the order going and shipped.
