The staff are amazing and the coffee is just as great! The staff shared that their syrups are made in house and you can really tell! The space is so beautiful on top of it all! I can't wait to try their other drinks and treats.

Cafe Con Cariño is exactly what the name promises: love & care in every cup. Came here to study nd immediately fell in love. The space is beautiful--cozy, welcoming, and perfect for posting up with a laptop. Wi-Fi is strong, outlets are plentiful, and the vibe is just right! I'm currently studying for the NCLEX (pls send prayers lol), and this was easily one of the best places I've studied at. But more than just the setup... it's the energy of this place. As a queer brown person, being in a space full of other queer brown folks just existing makes me feel so seeeeeen. I had the Horchata Salvadoreña Latte, and baby... that blend of spices and sweetness?? Yes. My partner Jackson who is basically a walking coffee snob had a cappuccino with oat milk and didn't complain once. If that's not a glowing endorsement, I don't know what is. The staff here are gems. Genuinely supportive, so easy to talk to, and clearly care about building relationships with their regulars. They want to know you, not just serve you. You feel like you're part of something just by being here. The owner is the sweetest - very kind, grounded, and full of vision. She is building something very important here. I'm grateful to know her through Jackson and truly wishing her all the success in the world. I've also tried the pastries before and they're bomb. Im about to order round two and trying the matcha which I'm sure will be bomb. Please come support this place. For the drinks, for the space, for the community and for the cariño.

Came in on a rainy day looking for a chill spot to grab some tea and coffee with different flavor options. What a great airy space that serves as a multi-cultural test kitchen and restaurant/cafe owned and operated by non-profit organization Oakland Bloom. We ordered the cola de mono, well balanced latte with chocolate, cinnamon and hints of citrus and the ceremonial matcha with Palestinian sage syrup, which was subtle in flavor. Service was really good and overall vibe was nice and chill. Would be a great place to hangout and possibly doing some lite work or reading.

The menu changes every so often so some of these drinks are likely going to be different when you visit

This coffee shop has been high on my list for a while and I finally was able to make it out try it and it did not disappoint one bit. We were already starting off good when I found street parking close by. My sister and I walked towards it and a man asked if we were looking for the coffee shop we said yes and he directed us to the building with a smile. We walked right into this beautiful space. I was taken aback by how beautiful the walls are. How intimate the seating was. The variety of plants that were all over the place. All the goods displayed by all types of small businesses. There was someone in front of us but the woman on the other end still made sure to acknowledge us. When it was our turn she greeted us again with the brightest smile I have ever seen and showed us the menu and shared that they also offered food options. I had made up my mind quickly and decided to go for the Meramiah Latte and the caramelized platano bread. My sister opted for a matcha. As she run us up she asked about us, where we came from, and just made conversation with us. She asked us if we're having it to go or here and we both decided to have it at the shop instead of rushing out. We took a seat in a corner spot by the window and just enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. My understanding is it's a large kitchen that is shared by multiple small businesses on different days and times. Shortly after our drinks came out in tall glass cups. The presentation was simple but beautiful. I took a sip of my coffee and the unique flavors, the strength of the coffee was all delicious. I've never tried anything like this. The platano bread was also a nice addition as we sipped our drinks. My sister loved her matcha. She's really picky about matcha and this one did not disappoint her. We enjoyed the rest of our time in each other's company. The space is beautiful. The setup is intimate. Not dark lights and booths like dinner places but small tables where you can be close enough but also enjoy the natural lighting coming in. The two women who run Cafe con Carino were so welcoming and sweet. Their energy was all the vibes. It was a pleasure to meet them and to drive all the way there for such an unforgettable coffee experience. It's been a long time since I've had a full circle coffee shop experience and Cafe Con Carino delivered. I will return with my whole clan and highly recommend you visit and support these 2 women making their dreams a reality and they serve their community with their delicious offerings.

We also got the patacones and added the beef- this was amazing and we will 100% be ordering this again when we go back!! Next up we had the arepa. The first bite was VERY GOOD. However it's a LOT of cheese and my boyfriend liked the mushroom (whipped?) cream/foam, I personally did not. Will prob skip this and try a different menu item. And the star of our dinner (pictured) is the whole branzino. This was the BEST branzino I've ever had in my life. I will (and have already) recommended this dish to anyone and everyone who goes to Parche. Will be back for this dish and to try others as well!

The staff member who called me notified me that I could reach Martin with having our pre-orders ready because we were on a schedule and wanted to make sure we didn't waste time with people deciding and finally ordering. I emailed the orders a week in advance, and Martin and his team were in touch to confirm our table and presence as they were going to start firing the orders ten minutes before our arrival. Our party of 12 was seated promptly and attended to very well. The orders came out and I was able to direct them to the person who ordered. I even ordered too much for the table in french fries, and they were able to get them to another table and remove them from our tab. I was so grateful as they could have easily refused as they were part of our pre-order and ready to go. They were so prompt that we had an extra 20 minutes before we needed to reconvene our meeting. Everyone enjoyed their meals and I think the team here did above and beyond. The staff was pleasant, receptive and prompt. I would definitely recommend Bocanova for your event.

So when I found out there was one in Oakland, I had to go try it! When we got there, we were greeted and seated really quickly, which was a plus! I ordered a cup of their sangria, and of course, it was delicious. Anytime I come to LIMÓN, the sangria is a MUST! Normally, my partner and I get a pitcher to share, but this time I just got a cup, and it was still so refreshing and good. We ordered the Saltado de Pollo, which was good, but I have to say, I still think the original Lomo Saltado with beef is WAY better! We also got the truffle mac & cheese, and it was delicious. It wasn't too creamy or too dry.., it was just perfectly cheesy! The Chicharrón de Pollo was SO good! The chicken had a really good crunch, and it comes with this delicious lemonade sauce that you dip the chicken into. Definitely a must try! One thing I really love about LIMÓN is how fast everything comes out. If you're hungry, this is definitely a great spot because your food comes out quickly, fresh, and delicious! The staff was also really kind and helpful. There's plenty of seating and a beautiful bar if you want to come in for a drink and some food. It's a great spot for lunch, dinner, or even a date night! Overall, I had another great experience at LIMÓN, and the Oakland location did not disappoint! I'll definitely be back!

Probably one of the best rotisseries I had. If you're here for drinks definitely try the pisco sour. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
