I needed to drop off a broken yard blower for repair. First time I have gone to this store. It was…read morebusy but I encountered helpful employees everywhere. I was directed to the repair drop-off area in the back of the store, waited for one customer before me and then was helped for the warranty tool repair specialist (Brenden Swafford as I recall). He was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to work with. I left the store after that drop-off. A couple hours later, Brenden called me, reported that the problem had been identified and that the free replacement part had been ordered. Now I am waiting for a call saying that it is fixed and waiting for pickup. A very pleasant and efficient process. I think they treat customers with respect in all the areas I was exposed to from entrance to exit to followup.

I called in advance. Ensured the product was in stock and let them know I had questions and was on my way. The Festool guy asked two other peeps to answer my questions, including a phone handler who said she didn't know anything about the product. After the second staff told the Festool guy I had questions, he grudgingly came over. Pretty sure I was being marginalized cuz I am a chick. Really don't enjoy being treated poorly when I come to spend $500. We won't be back. I can be dissed for free.

I went looking for Pex fittings to do a repair and they had an odd assortment that left out stuff commonly used. And it wasn't just out of stock, every slot or peg was full. The staff wasn't helpful, the only person who knew any plumbing at all "didn't use that new stuff" when I asked him about pex. And to top it off some of the stuff I needed wasn't priced and the cashier just asked an old guy how much and he asked me "what do you usually pay"? I'm honestly amazed that Ace lets this place have their name on the sign out front. It definitely did not live up to the standard I have come to expect from Ace locations.
