I came home to a very surface clean home, but noticed many areas had been missed or minimized. In particular, there was dust under a large chair in the master bedroom, insides of appliances were not touched at all. I later noticed the upstairs rugs didn't seem to be vacuumed, there was quite a lot of hair and debris left. They sent two cleaners and they were at my home for a total of 3.5 hours for a deep clean. I'm not blaming the cleaners, they likely only had a certain amount of time to get the job done and with sub-par equipment, but I would probably not hire them again. Something that bothered us is that they flipped around the only camera that we have on the inside of our house, it's in the living room. I left them alone while they were in my home and didn't watch the cameras, but them flipping it to face the wall seems sketchy and disrespectful to me.
