What I did not realize at the time was that I was chatting with another company, askanexpert.com. The chat person did not identify themselves as an employee of askanexpert.com, but chatted with me about information I sought, letting me think I was talking to someone from Punchbowl.com. When asked for a credit card; I gave it to them thinking it was punchbowl.com. My credit card company denied the charge, so I called them discovering that askanexpert.com charged me $55. Beware when beginning a chat. These folks come out of nowhere, like a virus, pretending to be someone else.

They did multiple cable drops and installed new switches and equipment for our network. They also setup a wireless network for us. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, they coordinated everything with the cable company for our high speed internet connection.
