This store literally has a little of everything Hawaii one could ask for. I found picked li hing mui mangos in their refrigerated section, lemon peel gushers, face masks, hair adornments, and some cool Hinano brand shirts. They even make fresh plumeria leis there! It smelled so pretty! I can't wait when they move a few doors down to a bigger spot. read more

This company is so reliable! I love that they do exactly what they promise they will do. I have been eating the red Li Hing Mui since I was a little boy living in the Panama Canal Zone. Leilani's version of these dried plums is delicious... exactly how I love them. I have tried other online vendors and the truth is... other's plums don't match up... They just taste slightly "off". I ordered Li Hing Mui from Leilani's the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they arrived today, the day after Thanksgiving. Thanks for being such a great company! Overpriced and not quality materials. We flew in from Hawaii, Cali & Utah for my moms birthday and our theme was Aloha Wear. Some of us forgot our aloha wear and so we visited here and honestly disappointed. Prices were ridiculous for the quality of materials they were offering and the sizes were very limited. read more

Sometimes you just gotta go with your gut and call it fate... Leilanis came to my attention in a magazine as I was eating lunch one day ,and the advertisement of Hawaiian seed was enough to get me to drive across town and find out for myself. Leilanis is located in a mini mall next to UNLV so it wasn't to hard to find. The moment we walked in I knew I had found the mecca for Hawaiian shopping on the mainland. I about cried when I saw all the seed and other snacks on their massive wall of awesomeness. After I dried my tears, I was able to puruse the rest of the store from the frozen food filled with Hawaiian favorites, to the fresh flower leis being strung up by some of the nicest ladies you will ever meet. I found so many different snacks and seasonings that my head started spinning. I also shopped at the clothing department completely in awe of the choices thay had for men and women along with a kids section. I fell in love so hard with Leilanis that I had to buy one of their shirts with their logo on it so I can proudly promote them whenever someone asks about my shirt. Purchased beautiful leis for a graduation being held at UNLV. Their location is very close to the Thomas Mack center. Walking in, on the wall to the right they have so many Hawaiian goodies. Where to start! So as we islanders all know product is expensive to bring in from Hawaii because it's expensive in Hawaii - if that makes sense. So in my opinion the prices are fair the items have a good variety, the peeps are awesome, wish the store was bigger but it is what it is cost of rent and all that. Leis are beautiful, bought 2 fresh ones but very disappointed in Hawaiian T shirt collection. Too old and we need xx or 3xlt for the big brudda. They had costly generic old prints. Lots of Hawaiian munchies but the clothing section needs some serious updates!! read more

You have to check out this place. They carry everything you need from hawaii. From Pickle mango, SS saimin to Scott's slippahs. They a lot of personalized hawaii items, clothes, lunch bags. They have shoyoo, food mixes for food and dessert and a frozen section. Store is pretty big and the staff there are very nice and helpful. Easy access and lots of parking. read more

I came in here and wasn't sure what to expect. I found a few things that I really liked and some that I was surprised to see. There was one item that threw me off and really bugged me. The item I saw was a beautiful fanny pack that was floral in print and what not but also had a FAKE Supreme brand tag on it. Ummm . . . I KNOW that was not real! I don't know why you'd sell this here, but that's yall's hustle. There are a number of other items here for sale that are beyond beuaitufl. I know that if I had to order a double plumeria lei for a graduation or some other special occasion it would probably be from here since it's the most local spot to me that could get it done for me. Their leis are SO beautiful. They can be viewed as being pricey but I can also tell you that the leis are $$$ because it's not the easiest thing to get, especially made of those special blooms. The folks who work here are friendly and so helpful. There are a number of flasks that they've engraved that are beautiful and some you can get that have minor lil dings and dents for considerably lesser prices. My hubby and I went in and he ended up buying a few things. He left with some jam, juice mix, 2 shirts and a better idea of what he might be able to find the next time we visit. I wis they had some vinyl stickers. That would have been my personal splurge. I like adding stickers to my flasks. Maybe next time I'll get a new one with some awesome engraving on it. I loved the honu design but didn't necessarily care for the verse on it. This was a fun little shop to spend some time in while waiting for my food from next door. I hope to catch this same shop a Pure Aloha if I'm able to go this year. Fun fun. I know where to get my li-hing now too, in huge amounts. Yay!!! Ordered 4 masks online, due to this pandemic, and Leilanis's got overwhelmed by online sales. I love to support small business. My only complaint was there wasn't any kind of status on our order and wasn't sure if we'd get our masks in a timely manner. So I ordered more masks from another vendor, plain black cloth. I finally got a hold of Leilanis and they said I'd hear from them soon. A couple days later we received our masks, we love um! No kaoi! And the other online vendor sent their masks, both got here at the same time. Leilani's mask is prettier than the "plain Jane" black. And also spreads ALOHA while we're wearing our Leilani masks. Let me first start out by saying, I ordered something online, recd it along with a 10 percent off next purchase, I decided to use the discount at the Vegas store, presented coupon and was told that it's only good online, I looked at receipt and it said nothing about online or store. I went ahead and purchased two products, one which was a flag on wall, I stated that's what I wanted, was given a sealed bag and when I got home 2500 miles later it was the wrong flag, no I am not going to send it back because of extra costs for shipping. This is a great find! I've seen postings on FB about this place and had to check it out when I was recently in Vegas and did. They have a little bit of Hawaiian food, snacks and more. Finding Punaluu bread was a gem and fresh poi. Kulolo was the biggest surprise! They have Halm's & Kohala Kim chee and laulau too. The place is small, but lots of local treasures. read more

My family and I have been Leilani customers for years now at the San Diego location. I'm not so sure after my experience due to lack of communication and sympathy with the owners I will continue to support this shop. I bought an engraved flask #1 more than a week early in order for it to come in time for what would be graduation day. I bought engraved flask #2 within 4 days of graduation day and it came in, in 2 days. But flask #1 had not been shipped yet?? And was days late although ordered far an advance. I finally received ONE email and call back after numerous emails and to this company and owners. It's understandable that due to cOviD19 there are many shipping delays with any business. But the owners Tyson and Tish FINALLY had communicated that flask #1 had been out of stock. cOvId19 or not, you should ALWAYS let the customer know if there's going to be delay due to your stocking issue. The customer service at this business is pathetic. I placed an order on May 23. They sent me a shipping label on June 10 (maybe after I left a bad review, and several emails that were ignored). My package has still nor reached the post office 8 days later. They have repeatedly ignored my emails and phone calls. I realize that the world is complicated right now, but man up, and be responsible and responsive towards you customers. This will be the last time I ever order from you! BUYERS BEWARE! I placed an order for fresh Hawaiian flower leis on May 23rd. At the time the order was placed I selected June 1st as the delivery date as my son's high school graduation ceremony was on the following day. My order was accepted and payment was processed. On June 1st, when the delivery time came and passed, I contacted the vendor to ask about my order. I was told that it had missed the delivery window for that day and would arrive the next day, June 2nd, by 10am. I told them this would be acceptable. On June 2nd, when the delivery window had come and passed, I again contacted the vendor asking about my order. I was told that my delivery had been stalled in transit by FedEx, and that my order would not be delivered that day (and would therefore miss the ceremony the items were purchased for). I was told that I would be receiving a refund on my order since it was delayed and would not arrive on time. The items came a day too late, and by then the event the leis were ordered for was over. In addition to that, by the time they arrived the leis were already brown, dead or dying, the order was short a $60 dahlia orchid spiral lei, and the cigar lei I received looked nothing like that pictured/ordered (the one received used filler kukui nuts and tea leaves to take up space). Lei issues aside, I was told over the phone that since my order would not arrive on time for the event they were ordered for I would be receiving a refund. After a month of my asking for a status update on the refund, Leilani's finally replied and their solution was to issue a refund of $100 on an order which totaled $273.06? In my opinion, the issue between their business and FedEx has nothing to do with me. I placed an order in good faith that they would be able to deliver the items purchased on time and in full. Not only did they come a whole day late (missing the ceremony they were ordered for and arriving dead or dying), but I was shorted a $60 Dahlia Orchid Spiral Lei entirely. Leilani's accepted my order and my required delivery date when I placed the order. As such, the burden was on them to fulfill that order and deadline. It's not my fault they or FedEx couldn't uphold that promise. As such, their refund of $100 is wholly unacceptable. I was told that I would be refunded for my order, not that I would receive a partial refund (less than half). My experience with this company is a missed delivery, missing items, poor condition of items received, and a total lack of customer support. I'm out $163 on an order they couldn't fulfill and they couldn't care less. In my opinion, customers should not be penalized for a company's business practices. I tried to address my concerns with this vendor on multiple occasions, both over the phone and online. They just don't care. read more
